Rose Cottage

A private cottage in Leeds, NY. We're close to Woodstock, Hudson, Albany, I-87, Catskill Mtns, Hunter Mtn, Windham Mtn, Hudson River, Catskill Creek, Kaaterskill Falls, Thomas Cole & Olana Sites, OPUS40, OMI, Dutchmans Landing(playground and music venu) and much more. Enjoy nearby bars, restaurants, swimming holes, state parks, hiking trails, farms, and hunting/fishing space. Good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and hunters. Great events and festivals (Woodstock Film, TAP-NY, etc.)
The space
A private bungalow/cottage on our families property. It is very quiet and secluded yet close to local attractions and I-87(exit 21) to further explore Upstate NY and beyond.

Guest access. Lockbox is located to the right side of door. Combo is 0 1 2

Full access to the whole bungalow/cottage, yard, gazebo, and parking. You'll have your own BBQ grill as well.
Other things to note
Also we are open for ski season as well. Windham Mountain is only 20 minutes from Rose Cottage. Ski season starts Thanksgiving Weekend.

We really liked everything; they installed and unfolded a chair-bed for our child upon our arrival. The hosts were very friendly and suggested places to go and relax. The whole family really enjoyed it, especially after the hustle and bustle of the city. The evening by the fire was magical.

Peaceful stay

Wonderful location, overall good stay

Overall was a great stay at the Rose Cottage! Loved the fireplace and the location was phenomenal! Great communication and there was a noise at night from what seemed to be a critter in the attic, which I communicated about with the owner- so that should be taken care of !

First, I rated the ski experience as a one because it is early November there is no skiing yet, but it wouldn’t let me continue without rating it. We were happy with the rental property overall. It was comfortable and it was easy to control the temperature inside. There was also plenty of hot water with the tankless system it appears that they have. Everything was neat and tidy. One concern I had was the lack of lighting at night walking from the parking area up to the cottage. It was dark and could potentially be tricky to make your way in the dark. The check in was very easy as was the check out with good communication from the host. Overall we had a great stay and there is certainly plenty to see in the surrounding area.

It just smelled real bad of moth balls and made me sick!!! We bought air fresheners and spray, didn’t help. It was like I had an asthma attack. It was bad!! So we left early
