- NOTE: This property features an unfenced pond and is not suitable for children under 12 years of age
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 on the front porch facing the exterior front entry, and 1 on the back deck facing the sliding glass door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
