2 Bedroom with Queen size beds, living room, 1 bathroom apartment with off street parking for 2 cars. Walking distance to Main Street, Mirror Lake, and Lake Placid. Large Sony Smart TV. Wi-Fi throughout. Writing desk and chair.

Our ideal location is a 10-minute walk to Olympic Arena, Public Olympic Skating Oval and Inline skating Hockey box, Toboggan Chute, Mirror Lake Beach, Play Park, and Tennis Courts! A few minutes jaunt brings you to Mirror Lake’s seasonal activities of paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, ice-skating, X-Country skiing and dog-sled rides. Stroll into village for shopping, restaurants, bars, Mid’s Park bandshell concert venue, and movie theater. A leisurely walk around Mirror Lake is a favorite of locals and tourists. The Apartment is blocks away from bowling alley, arcade, bike, canoe, kayak, guide services, ski rental shops and Lake Placid motorboat, snowmobile rentals.

The Lake Placid Art Center is also within walking distance. Year round concerts, plays, plays and an ever-changing art gallery are located here! Across the street from LPCA are the Peninsula Nature Trails and Lake Placid dam.

A 15-minute drive will take you to the Olympic Venues of Whiteface Mt, Ski Jumps, Mt. Van Hoevenberg’s Luge, Bobsled, Biathlon, X-Country skiing, snowshoeing, climbing, Cliffside Coaster complex. The Whiteface Mountain has Summer & Fall Gondola Rides and Mt. Bike trails. Winter Skiing & Snowboarding is a delight. X-Country trails are abundant in Lake Placid! Those include groomed venues and free trails!

A wide variety of sports and cultural activities are truly at your doorstep!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and would stay here again if in the area!

This is the second time we've stayed at Josh's apartment and he continues to be an excellent host! He was super quick to respond to any messages. The location is fantastic, only a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and accommodations for IM Lake Placid

The size and layout of the unit was great for us. In addition, the location was ideal. Close enough to walk to the Ironman Village and transition area, but far enough removed to have a quiet environment.

Perfect for a Lake Placid getaway

Location is excellent, far enough from Main Street to be away from the crowds, but an easy walk to the activity. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Josh provided all the information we needed in advance and was responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend and would book again for travel to LP.

Great Stay

We were just in Placid for a quick overnight, but the accommodations couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment was clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. We would stay there again.

Weekend in Lake Placid

I've stayed in Lake Placid dozens of times and this was by far the best. Not only is it conveniently located close to town but it was the perfect amount of space (not to mention how clean it was!!) for our weekend away. It was exactly as described, free off street parking was a nice bonus!

Easy to find, excellent directions and key pickup instructions. Very clean. I was on the second floor and could hear the third floor occupants walk around, as well as my second floor neighbors, but if you don't mind that, a very good value.
