Further Moor is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. The Island House office is a 20-minute drive from the home. We will meet you at Further Moor to check you in, we will provide you with phone numbers to our office staff in case of emergency. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Further Moor is situated in Lawson Rock in Sandy Bay, a private community with 24-hour security.  It is perfect for those looking for a beach home but don’t want the traffic of tourist beaches. 

Further Moor is a private home, guests have sole use of the private pool. Access to the garage is not available, items inside the garage are for owners use only. Thank you.

Further Moor is a modern, 4-bedroom Beachfront Villa with private infinity pool located on the beach in the exclusive community of Lawson Rock, Sandy Bay.

The ground floor open plan living area opens onto the beachfront pool deck. The modern kitchen has an additional pantry area with extra fridge space, extra storage, dishwasher, washer & dryer.

Three of the four bedrooms are beachfront with views of the beach. The master bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck. The two upper beachfront bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the beach. The 4th bedroom has garden views.

A large gallery landing area on the second floor has a dedicated workspace with a view!
