PARKING: There is room for up to 3 vehicles to park. Please note there is a wooden staircase leading down to the garage level and home.

CLIMATE CONTROL: Central heat and air!

CHECK-IN: Guests may check in with a code anytime after 4pm. We ask that you check in before 10pm in case any issues arise.

MOBILITY: For our guests with mobility issues, there is a staircase from the parking area down to the home. We do not recommend the spiral stairs for those with mobility issues.

*All bathing towels and linens provided. PLEASE BRING SEPARATE TOWELS FOR LAKE USE.

LAKE USE:

-Swimming is allowed.
-Fishing is permitted (bring your poles!) with an Ohio fishing license.
-We do not have a boat slip available.
-Life vests, paddle boards, and pool noodles are available for use.

HOUSE RULES

1. No pets allowed. We are animal lovers, but this is an animal free listing. If a pet is discovered on the property, a $250 fee plus damage will be charged, and the pet(s) must be removed immediately.

2. No smoking on the back deck or within 25 feet of the home. If you do smoke outdoors, please be respectful and dispose properly of any debris.

3. You must be over 25 to make a reservation.

4. Any outside visitors must be approved by hosts prior to arrival.

5. Swimming and lake use is at your own risk.

*The owners have a private, separate lower-level unit that they use occasionally on weekends. (think of it like a separate downstairs condo) There's a chance you may see them on the dock if they're around, but it shouldn't affect your stay. They're quiet and they'll give you all the privacy you desire!

Apple Valley Lake feels remote but conveniences like groceries and restaurants are all close by! We highly recommend the deep dish pizza from Dirko's!

NEIGHBORHOOD: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a private lake, and we do not allow parties or loud gatherings. It is very important to us that all our guests are respectful neighbors in terms of noise levels (music, noise, loud language, etc.). Quiet hours begin at 11pm for everyone's enjoyment.
