Perfect 3 bedroom house to accommodate up to 6 people.

This three bedroom home is set around a huge wooden deck, which leads onto the swimming pool.

Inside/outside living here makes for the perfect holiday getaway for you and your family or friends.

AC is in each bedroom.

The first bedroom with bathroom is within the common area and the two other bedrooms share the second bathroom and have their own entrance (see layout plan)

Other things to note:
There are 3 other units on the premise, sharing the pool and the garden; this can be very useful for bigger groups like family vacation, weddings, birthdays...

Stop over for a couple of nights and loved the place. Cute swimming pool, and right in the middle of town. Great staff!

Amazing property, really lovely pool. Island is small so easy to get around, the property is a nice location and easy to get to & from the water taxi dock. Staff was friendly and easy to contact. I liked the open concept of the area, with bedrooms just off the porch that connects them. If I return I'd be happy to stay there again!

Everything you need!

Easy access to the beach, food, stores, and recreation. Didn't spend much time at the property but enjoyed every minute. It has everything we needed including plenty of lounging space. Highly recommended!

Unique home, central location with a pool!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s Place on Caye Caulker! We were looking for a 3 bedroom stay with a pool, near town (but not too near town) that had quick access to the beach. This place hit all of those! Things we loved: the outdoor space was great, we basically lived on the front porch for 5 days! Abner was super friendly and helpful and proactive in addressing a couple things that came up. The pool was perfect for the kids, it even had shade most parts of the day which offered a lovely reprieve from the unseasonably warm days we had. The location was central, close to restaurants, groceries, and such but was much quieter without the souvenir shops, street vendors as you get closer to the split. Everything was well stocked, and we had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Things to note: there are 2 spaces, attached but separated by exterior doors. That made a difference for the kids and would have been nice to know in advance. The indoor living room/kitchen is quite small and dark so we very rarely were in there. While it’s a quick walk to the water, it’s not close to any accessible beaches or swimming areas. It also seems a bit overpriced. Overall, it’s a great place! We walked around dreaming of returning and thinking about where we would stay next time and never came up with a better spot than Amanda’s! Although those lovely resorts with swim docks may call us next time, being on front street was a great way to get to know and be a part of Caye Caulker.
