The house was clean and had everything we needed. I asked Meghan if the house has a hair dryer. She said yes and a brand new hair dryer was waiting. We had a great winter break. Temperature went 80 to 40 while we were there. The air conditioner worked well for both cooling and heating.

Property looked the same as pics shown. 10/10 for Accuracy of listing. Liked location, college alumni, so I am used to a certain amount of noise being close to a college campus. Enjpyed the neighborhood property was located in, easy to navigate. Eating options available as well as some entertainment. Would recommend and would book again.

Nice place to stay

Cozy house that worked well for our needs. Very clean, bed comfortable. Used 2nd bedroom for luggage and as a dressing room. Kitchen utensils provided more than we needed. FYI-make sure to bring all ingredients needed including any spices. Bathroom has tub with shower. Quality towels provided. Few houses on this street and little traffic. Loved the number of fast-food places nearby along with a grocery. The square dance convention we attended ended late so having a few places open 24 hours was a bonus.

Great Little house! Wonderful owners!

My brother was in the hospital and we needed a place for my sister-in-law to stay. This is the perfect little place for her. The owners were quite flexible in allowing her to get in on very short notice. The place was clean and she very much enjoyed her stay. The only complaint I heard was that the sports complex across the street was noisy from about 5 AM till late at night. This wasn’t terribly problematic for her because She had earplugs and dealt with it, but that would just be an important thing to know and be sure to bring earplugs if you are a noise sensitive. She actually enjoyed being around the activities so it wasn’t terrible but it’s just something that future renters might want to be aware of.

Great place for the price

We were in town for a family reunion and just needed a place to sleep. This place fit the bill. It was clean, just as pictured, and beds were comfortable. Yard was a bit overgrown but there had been a lot of rain lately. Would stay again.

Charming cottage close to Centenary College

Very convenient location for activities at Centenary College. Cute little house with character. Excellent communication with owner: she even checked on us the morning after a big thunderstorm which I really appreciated!

Great 2 bed 1 bath cottage

This was a great little place to stay for the weekend. We needed to travel to the YMCA several times a day for a championship swim meet. It was a quick 5 minutes away. The house is cute and clean. It cooled quickly and stayed comfortable in the stifling heat. I will definitely recommend this listing to my swim team parents as an option for this meet.
