Nice outdoor BBQ area with two tables situated for outdoor dinning in the shade. Home also has pool table inside with a comfy living room to mingle in. Home is close to Top Golf and Old Town Gilbert. Plenty of golf courses and shopping nearby. New Mesa Wave Park. 25 short mins from airport.

We had a great stay! The home was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host was easy to communicate with, responds immediately to questions and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. Large back yard with plenty of room to sit in the sun or the shade. Had a most enjoyable stay here at this lovely, clean property for my wife’s birthday weekend this year which happened to fall on memorial weekend.Stayed at the property with our family of three and my wife’s sisters family of five and it exceeded our expectations! amenities were exactly as pictured/described & property owner was prompt in communication. Fantastic home away from home

We just left after staying at Ryder’s lovely home for 45 days. The house, the pool, the hot tub and the location are second to none. We enjoyed ourselves so much we’ve already booked for next year. You won’t find a more congenial host than Ryder, always accommodating and accessible. I highly recommend Ryder’s listing if you are looking for a great house, and close to all the amenities you could possibly need. Sad to be leaving. Deb and Dale
