Come visit our charming 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2850 sq ft home. Plenty of room for the whole family sleeps 8. The home features plenty of fun things to do. Gorgeous pool and hot tub to top the list. Nice outdoor BBQ area with two tables situated for outdoor dinning in the shade. Home also has pool table inside with a comfy living room to mingle in. Home is close to Top Golf and Old Town Gilbert. Plenty of golf courses and shopping nearby. New Mesa Wave Park. 25 short mins from airport.

We had a great stay! The home was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host was easy to communicate with, responds immediately to questions and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. Large back yard with plenty of room to sit in the sun or the shade. The location was quiet and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with everyday ingredients. The bedrooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were big and clean. Backyard was exactly like the photos, spent alot of time there. Also 3 fruit trees! Would definitely use again.

Great home in a great location!

We loved our stay! The property was beautiful and clean. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub and enjoyed watching movies on the comfy couch. The property owner was very kind and helpful. This was a great location for our family vacation.

Had a most enjoyable stay here at this lovely, clean property for my wife’s birthday weekend this year which happened to fall on memorial weekend.Stayed at the property with our family of three and my wife’s sisters family of five and it exceeded our expectations! amenities were exactly as pictured/described & property owner was prompt in communication. Will stay here again!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

The house was as pictured and described. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was heated and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had the best time enjoying this house! The backyard, pool, hot tub, and house were amazing. Everything was so clean and perfect. The host was very kind and easy to work with, which made the check in and check out process very simple. If we ever make it back to Mesa, we would try to stay at this house again!

Fantastic home away from home

We just left after staying at Ryder’s lovely home for 45 days. The house, the pool, the hot tub and the location are second to none. We enjoyed ourselves so much we’ve already booked for next year. You won’t find a more congenial host than Ryder, always accommodating and accessible. I highly recommend Ryder’s listing if you are looking for a great house, and close to all the amenities you could possibly need. Sad to be leaving. Deb and Dale

Ryder, the host, was very accommodating. The house was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table and the fruit trees in the back yard! My little dog had a great time running around in the yard and chasing geckos.

We are the Fasse family (Ryder, Andrea & Noah). We live in Bothell Washington which is a suburb of Seattle. We bought our home is Mesa as a second home in 2021 so that we could enjoy some sunshine over the long rainy winters we experience in Seattle. Our son Noah is 16 so he will be graduating soon. We plan to start spending more time in Mesa once he goes off to college. Andrea and I work in the real estate and mortgage business so we plan to expand our professions to encompass both cities.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this property because we loved the quiet neighborhood. The home is also very near great restaurants, good shopping and many fun activities. Its just a short drive from the old town Gilbert and Scottsdale, along with the Phoenix airport. The home was in immaculate shape from the previous owner so it was absolutley turn key when we purchased the home.
