This is a family owned newly renovated house. It is a 3 min walk from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path and less than a 15 min drive to the Dennis beaches. Multiple lakes, stores and natural vistas which can be accessed from the bike path. Of course being centrally located you are never far from wonderful local dinning, shopping and local attractions.

Excellent stay in Dennis

We spent a lovely week at the house. Very clean, very comfortable, well furnished. Communication was excellent, we highly recommend this host and house and would definitely stay here again!

Great spot and just as advertised

Had a great two-night stay at the property. The place was the exact same as the pictures. Had fun playing a couple games of pool down in the basement.

Quick weekend away

Last minute booking and worth it! Weather wasn’t ideal but we played pool in the furnished basement and watched movies! Beds were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic vacation and enjoyed staying in this house! It was really cute, clean, and had ample room for the 5 of us. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the screened in porch and played quite a few games of pool in the evening. The house is in a great location with plenty to do nearby. Dawn was a great host as well. She was very responsive and accommodating.

This cozy cottage was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for a family weekend away! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from anything you need or want to do. The outdoor shower was amazing, the screen-in porch was perfect for reading with a cup of coffee in the morning, and the basement was the perfect place for my grown kids to curl up and watch a movie when they were feeling lazy. Dawn’s directions and entry instructions were detailed and clear, and the welcome book was full of helpful information on area attractions. Thanks for a great stay - we would love to come back some time!!

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The screened porch is a real plus. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped. Loved the basement pool table (very high quality); TVs in basement and living room. A suggestion: while towels are provided, washcloths would be a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay - thank you!

S. Dennis stay

Super clean, cute home in a convenient location. Kitchen was well-equipped and modern. Basement game room was fun, Window AC units in bedrooms worked well. Only bummer was the broken washing machine but we knew that would be unavailable ahead of time. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot

We loved our vacation. The house is beautiful and clean with the porche that is very convenient. We found everything we needed in the kitchen except dish towels. The teens had a blast in the basement. There are at least 7-8 beaches, if not more at less than 15 minutes drive. We will come back for sure.

Perfect Cape Cod home

House was absolutely adorable!!! Easy to check in. Location was great- right around the corner from grocery stores, gas station and some local restaurants. The only thing we didn’t have at the location that we were looking for was a grill outside . The basement of this house is great for families with teens! They had their own space to themselves with games, pool table and very large screen tv. Would recommend this place for sure. Not far from the beaches either!
