Cette maison classique de deux chambres Ă  Cape Cod dispose d’un solarium avec plafond cathĂ©drale quatre saisons, d’un grand pont en trek avec douche Ă  eau chaude et d’un jardin privĂ© et ombragĂ© avec des arbres. Peut accueillir six personnes confortablement avec une chambre king, 2Ăšme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. La chambre King peut facilement accueillir un lit de voyage ou un matelas pneumatique. (Pack n Play disponible)

Cette escapade en famille est idĂ©alement situĂ©e entre les plages de la baie et de l'ocĂ©an. Le nouveau Cape Cod Rail Trail Head et le parc de loisirs Kelly (terrains de tennis, de basket-ball et de balle) sont Ă  deux pas. Kelly Bay, Ă  300 mĂštres de la maison, est parfaite pour les petits enfants, l'observation des oiseaux, la pĂȘche, le kayak et l'observation des magnifiques couchers de soleil de Cape Cod. Les magasins, les restaurants et les attractions sont Ă  proximitĂ©.

We had a great time at Judith’s house. The house was clean and spacious. Check-in was straightforward and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals at home. The sun room was a hit for everyone esp after days at the beach.

This property exceeded expectations. The living areas, especially the three season room, was exactly what a vacation should have. The accommodations had everything we needed and more. This will be our first option when returning to the Cape

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Our host welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. Judith answered our questions promptly. The home was exceptional clean, and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend it!

The house was great! Super clean and very well stocked and organized. My favorite room was the second living room off the kitchen, very classic Cape Cod! So relaxing!Location was fantastic and Judith was a great host! She replied to all messages quickly and was super helpful. Would reccommend!

Perfect fall getaway!

We enjoyed our stay in Judith's property very much! It is a lovely home, very clean, nice neighborhood, beautiful yard (I wish it was a little warmer so we could sit out on the deck more - but that's October!) I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place for families

We had such a wonderful time here. The home is just as advertised and very comfortable. It is very well placed on the cape and an easy drive to most places. Chapin beach was a huge hit and we loved walking down to the bay after dinner to watch the sunset. Would love to come back again!

Quiet, secluded residential house

Warm and Inviting!

We so enjoyed this lovely home! The minute we walked in we had a welcome feeling, We enjoyed the sunroom, the nice deck area and pretty back yard. How nice to be able to walk down to the bay, my grandson enjoyed looking for crabs and other sea creatures. We hope to come back again next year!

Great vacation

We had a great week in South Dennis. The house was perfect for our family with four children. It was clean, spacious and the outdoor space with fire pit was a favorite- relaxing and quiet. It was also just a short drive to other places we wanted to explore on the cape, like the Chatham fishing pier, Wellfleet drive-in, and renting bikes to ride on the cape cod rail trail. We also really enjoyed Mayflower beach. Overall, we had a great week and would recommend to family and friends looking to visit.

Great location

This was our second time staying at the property. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We loved the close proximity to the beaches and the water at the end of the street. We spent a lot of time there paddle boarding and looking for crabs. A beautiful and serene lakeside getaway.

My wife and I spent a memorable week at Judiths enchanting lakeside cottage. We loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake(and the ever present ducks!), while also appreciating the spaciousness of the cottage itself...the kitchen was truly well equipped, the bedroom and the dining room were very roomy. Best of all, was the delightful and large sun room, decorated in a most interesting fashion, with huge picture windows with lovely views of the woods outside. Overall, we had one of our best VRBO experiences, and have already told our friends that this is one special place!

Great home in great location

The house was just as described. It was perfect for me and my husband to celebrate our 20th anniversary and we look forward to coming back in the future and bringing our 12 year old daughter. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was centrally located to everything. The house had kayaks to use and a nice little beach at the end of the road. Unfortunately for us, it was cold and rainy the entire weekend so we weren't able to enjoy those. We are hoping to be able to use them next time. Judith was a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely stay here again.

Yearly cape vacation

This house was as pictured. It's very spacious eith a large living atea, sunroom, large master with king bed, second bedroom with full and twin and a hood size bathroom. The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need. The deck is nice although we really didn't get to use it much as we were gone most of the time. We did have issues with the Roku tv system. We're not used to dealing with streaming tv and prefer to watch live tv and news shows. Most live tv shows reqiired a sign in or code which we didn't have...we would have preferred regular cable tv, but that's just us. The only other recommendation I have is to put up a mirror in the master bedroom so you don't tie up the bathroom doing hair and makeup. Also, it's difficult to see the road when coming out of the driveway..shrubs need to be trimmed back. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had a great week.

This property lends itself to quiet relaxation or participating in a variety of outdoor activities. Whether it be paddling, biking or playing tennis, all are easily accsssible from this lovely cape cod home.

Great house

Our family had a great stay here. It was perfect size for our family of four (2 little kids). Location was a quick drive to Mayflower and West Dennis Beaches. We also loved the outdoor shower and and fire pit!
