2 BR, 1 BA Condo – Nice Dillon Location – Shuttle To Slopes – Sleeps 6!

Dillon is a great choice for a mountain getaway any time of year – and this condo is a great choice too! It’s an easy stroll to Dillon’s downtown dining options, as well as the Dillon Marina and Dillon Amphitheater. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just seven miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 3-minute walk from the condo. You and your group will have a great time at Lake View Condo!

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for up to six guests. The living area features a stone floor to ceiling gas fireplace along with a flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventures. The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed, including a dining table for six.

Other amenities include a game room, onsite laundry facilities and charcoal grills, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

I book a place for my annual ski trip based on 2 conditions: !location @ price...2: must have working hot tub. The condo was ok...mattress was a bit under par but passable...Property management communication? Fair. ..Hot tub as advertised as having? NON EXISTENT ..the one on site appeared not in use for a long time ! When I sent text reply was..' there's one at a health club 5 minutes away minimal fee !! NOT WHAT THE DESCRIPTION STATED ! Would I stay there again? Nope I'd avoid at all costs.

Nice place / good location.

Nice place. Had an issue with the heater the first night, but luckily they had some space heaters for the individual rooms. Property Manager was very helpful and always accessible. They fixed it the next day. Would recommend this place to a friend.

Property was as advertised comfortable and nicely located in Dillon. 10 mins from Keystone and 20 to Copper. Nice follow up via text from property owners making sure everything was alright.

The living room area was warm and cozy, and since this is where you spend most non-sleeping time, the highlight of the unit. Wifi worked well. Streaming services (Netflix, etc) and full set of TV channels worked.Kitchen reasonably well stocked. The soap, shampoo, tissues and toilet paper were definitely low grade, so bring your own favorite shower items or be prepared to buy them in town.The master bedroom: nice with ample dresser and storage space. The second bedroom bed was decent, albeit soft. NOTE: there is zero storage space for clothes in the 2nd bedroom. We ended up half unfolding the single rollout bed in the closet area to lay clothes.Gas fireplace was easy to use and put out the heat - you may need to open a window to help regulate the temp as the gas fireplace does not have a temperature control - just on/off.The unit is well situated. One set of stairs to get to the unit. The units is immediately next door to the laundry room, club house and hot tub - this makes it easy to do laundry as there is no in unit laundry. The host had some single servings of laundry soap under the kitchen sink - very helpful.The shower never ran out of hot water. Bathroom layout is a bit odd - very long and narrow, but very servicable. No separation between toilet and rest of bath area so not set up for multiple people to use at same time.Overall great location. Easy to get to and well located near restaurants, bagel shop, liquor stores, and access to highways for all major ski areas (Copper, A-Basin, Keystone, and Breck).The hot tub was out of service (big bummer), but not the owner's fault (blame building mgmt). Dedicated parking spot (but no general visitor space on site for 2nd car - must park offsite). Ice in parking lot was an issue at times as one person in our group fell as did the building superintendent!Good overall experience. Would rent agai
