2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Shuttle To Slopes – Sleeps 6!

This cozy condo is a wonderful choice any time of year! It’s an easy stroll to town, the Dillon Marina, and the Dillon Amphitheater. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just seven miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort just a 2-minute walk from the condo — and you can access Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain on the shuttle, too. You and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for up to six people. The living area features a wood fireplace, a Smart TV, and comfy seating. Just outside, there’s a patio for relaxing and taking in the fresh mountain air. The full kitchen features lovely counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to full holiday meals. There’s a small table for two and room for three at the counter.

Other amenities include a shared hot tub and sauna, an outdoor pool (summer only, opening/closing dates subject to weather), onsite laundry facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Shared pool access summer only, opening/closing dates subject to weather.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 outdoor parking space total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Please Note: This is a second-floor condo with elevator access.

Great location, especially if you are going to attend an event at Dillon Amphitheater. Our visit was quick, only 2 nights. I personally felt like there were too many texts from Summit Mountain Rentals, but that is just my preference

Didn’t end up staying here

We ended up not staying at this location because they were painting and doing work on the outside of the building and had all the windows and doors covered and taped up. So I can’t really give it a review since we didn’t stay here. It did look very nice and clean the few minutes we were at the property. The property management company was absolutely amazing to work!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo accurately described. Pros: Good location - walkable to Summit Bus; Clean. Nice, newer community Sauna that we discovered on last day. Cons: A bit on the small side; Tight for 4 people (no kitchen table). No good place to store skis overnight.
