Adorable et seulement 50 étapes de la plage de Longboat impressionnante directement de l'autre cÎté de la rue est l'accÚs à la plage. Ceci est une partie trÚs privée de Longboat et souvent vous ne verrez pas une ùme. Je rendais visite à la hauteur de la saison et seulement vu une poignée de personnes. Si elle est la vie privée que vous voulez vous l'avez obtenu. Il est tout neuf avec un lit et un canapé-lit de la Reine pour couchage. Il a tous les nouveaux appareils avec un lave-vaisselle aussi.

Belle et une grande évasion! Plage directement à travers la rue à environ 50 étapes. Vous pouvez voir et entendre le Golfe à partir de votre appareil. Tout le monde tombe en amour avec mon unité.

Un grand centre commercial, avenue des Fleurs, est derriĂšre le complexe, offrant une grande Ă©picerie, vin et un magasin d'alcools, magasin de drogue, la location de vidĂ©os, des boutiques spĂ©cialisĂ©es et des restaurants. Haute qualitĂ© municipales courts de tennis sont un pĂątĂ© de maisons et un large trottoir de quatre pieds Ă©tend pour la plupart de Longboat Key avec sept Ă  huit miles pour le jogging, le roller, la marche et le vĂ©lo et la marche de votre chien. On peut aussi marcher sur la plage pour la mĂȘme distance, et des bombardements est une activitĂ© favorite.

Il ya aussi des pistes cyclables des deux cĂŽtĂ©s de Golfe du Mexique entraĂźnement pour les cyclistes extrĂȘmes. Longboat Key est une Ăźle-barriĂšre trĂšs haut de gamme qui est reliĂ©e par des ponts Ă  Anna Maria Key vers le Nord et de Saint- Key Sarasota et d'Armand vers le Sud. AĂ©roport Sarasota est un outil facile 15-20 minutes en voiture et l'aĂ©roport international de Tampa se trouve Ă  une heure au nord.

2 miles de la célÚbre et belle St. Armands Circle. Marcher ou prendre le tramway ou le parc dans les nombreux espaces prévus.

Loved the location .

Hard to enjoy screened patio because of air conditioner . So much noise. So glad to find a dog friendly condo. Close to Publix grocery store. Loved the beach.

Beach life!

Second time staying at The Neptune. Best prices on Longboat Key to walk out and onto the beach. Cute, cozy, clean, and functional. I work remote, was able to have room for all my equipment, great wi-fi, quiet area. Lunches at the beach and a swim. Thats my kind of work day! So many wonderful things to see and do in the area. Cant wait to visit again.

The perfect location!

My dog and I stayed at Mark’s property for a month and it was just perfect. Nothing fancy and minimal amenities, but boy did the location (across the street from the beach) make up for any imperfections. The Wi-Fi worked great. The screened in porch was perfect for me and especially my dog. Mark was great and easy to communicate with. I had everything I needed at the condo! I will absolutely be back next year. Highly recommend!

Best experience so far

Mark was an incredible host, I stayed through hurricane Ian and he stayed in constant contact to update me on town alerts and to just make sure I was safe. The property far exceeded my expectations. Everything you need and really nothing you don’t. The location is perfect and mark let me in on lots of little hints for getting around and such. I will definitely look at marks listings anytime I need a place to stay. I am very thankful for an amazing stay

Steps away from beach

We enjoyed our stay! We were able to bring our pups and could easily walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and relaxing. The room was just enough for our quick stay and close to shops as well.

LBK Vaycay

This was our 1st time on vacation in years. We’ve never done anything other then hotels so this was a new experience for us. Location is great. Place was clean and ready before check in. I misread check out time, as we were leaving cleaning person was coming in. She was nice and kindly waited for us to grab the dogs and run. Since we have an Autistic son mornings can be rough. Had I realized check out was 10am I would of asked for an extension or perhaps found something with later check out. All in all the owners were very responsive when we had a worry or question. Towels had spots on them wish they looked cleaner but probably had to do with families renting. We didn’t use the beach stuff but having it there is a nice touch. Wish the couch was facing the TV and a ceiling fan in the bedroom is a must! Bedroom gets a lot warmer then the rest of the place but as the owner suggested we shut other vents to push AC into the room and used the box fan. That did help greatly!! Disclaimer because of my lung issues I keep out place at 65-68 so I am used to a very VERY cold place so don’t let the no ceiling fan deter you. For the price it’s a good deal. We would gladly come back.

Enjoyed Condo and Location

Stayed at this condo while in town for a tennis tournament at the nearby Town Center. My wife and I and two small dogs loved the location-easy walking distance to beach, shopping center, and tennis center. Condo was in good shape, and check-in process was very easy. We had a couple questions at arrival that owner answered quickly. And the weather definitely beat what we left at home!
