Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a custom tile shower with glass door and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout! Main bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has 2 full sized beds so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Wifi and cable TV are both provided by the building. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and 2 assigned parking spaces are provided.

Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. This property only rents for 7 day minimums.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $100. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
