This gorgeous custom home offers stunning views of the mountains in upscale NW Peoria. Enjoy the resort style backyard oasis, which includes a massive heated pool, hot tub just off the large patio, spacious primary suite and gourmet kitchen.

Experience the luxury & relaxation of this stunning estate. The interior design features a split floor plan with beautiful furnishings and warm tones which contribute to a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, perfect for families. The gourmet kitchen has a huge island, top of the line appliances, perfect for the ultimate cooking experience. Bar area includes an ice machine, mini fridge and coffee bar. Retreat to the primary suite with sitting area which overlooks the backyard. Private door leads outside, steps away from the hot tub. Suite features a spa like bathroom with ample space to relax and get ready.

Off the main living space a large slide pocket door which disappears into the wall opening up to the spacious patio, a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of dining areas with heaters, patio fans with misters and 2 large TVs. Relax in your own oasis in the desert with plenty of entertainment. Sparkling pool and hot tub, fire pit, putting green, BBQ bar area equipped with side burners, mini fridge and sink, ping pong and lush landscaping. Surround sound throughout property-inside and out.

Convenient and Private
Really well appointed and great amenities. Convenient location for many activities that still feels very private. Groups of friends will appreciate the private bathrooms for each bedroom. Loved the whole-home sound system! Everything was clean and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. Kitchen was really well stocked for cooking. Outdoor grill/bar area was a lot of fun. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic vacation
Shannon and Kelly provided a beautiful home and five star stay! The outdoor spaces were amazing for the kids, so much to do between the pool, hot tub, golfing, ping pong, and games. The kitchen and grill were incredible to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and the entire home was spotless. They responded quickly to any and all questions we had! The location of the home itself is perfect and close to great restaurants and groceries, as well as the highways and north Phoenix sightseeing. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Phoenix!

We are located in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains with hiking trails and parks. Visit Dillon's Bayou at Pleasant Harbor. Another fun place to catch a bite to eat or have a cocktail and take a boat ride.

We live on a acre lot in a custom home community with no HOA. We are nestled on the end of a street away from traffic and very quiet. 5 acre common area across the street with sidewalks for morning walks. We have a remote controlled side double gate if you needed a place to park an RV. Lots of room.
