Kitchen: We provide everything you could possibly want for all your coffee and dining needs. At the coffee station, we have a coffee maker and kreuig. The kitchen has two ovens, a massive cooktop, with pot filler. A built-in wine fridge, a built-in ice maker. Two islands with two sink stations, and tons of space to sit, eat, watch, and relax.

Living Room:• Open layout between the living room, kitchen, and dining area provides connection and plentiful space to amply host large gatherings. The gas fireplace sets the mood. The tv is custom-built into the wall, you can watch not just one but two tvs between the kitchen and the living room.
Dining Room: A table fit for a king, this 12-14 person dining table will fit your whole group for family dinner. In the bar cabinet, you can find all your cocktail needs from shakers, shot glasses, strainers, cocktail recipe books, and more.

Bedrooms- we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house,. 3 on the top floor, 2 on the bottom floor, 4 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The guest house features a bedroom, bathroom, gym, and indoor basketball court! The pool house features a queen sleeper sofa, outdoor shower, and bathroom, as well as pull-down shades for privacy should you want to sleep in there.

Pool house- This custom pool house features custom Arcadia doors to allow indoor and outdoor living its air-conditioned, and features a queen sleeper sofa, with blinds, as well as a sink, fridge, Keurig, air fryer, and toaster,. All you need to soak up the life of the rich and famous.

Oasis Outdoor Area: Your resort living never ends, You will never need to leave. Play a game of Volleyball, or compete in a game of shuffleboard, while the kids play on the playset, enjoy at any age jumping on the built-in trampoline, or running in and out of the splash pad while finishing sliding into the half size lazy river. After the Olympic amount of use relax by soaking in the hot tub, with the waterfall feature in the pool in the background,. Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

Guests must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or `service pets are allowed`

- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate. The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/sit is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.
