Crescent Shores 1806 - Oceanfront condo rental

Privately owned and rented with a personal touch. Property is handled by the owner, a licensed property manager.

Expansive beach with pool, lazy river, hot tub & fitness center. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking desires.
We will provide all guests with a start up of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry supplies, toiletries (shampoo & soap) & dish soap.

We guarantee the property's cleanliness upon your arrival.
All linens are included in your cleaning fee. (24 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 bath mat per bath, 2 wash cloths, 1 sheet set per bed.)

Property host will be available by phone 24/7 for any questions, concerns, etc.

- POLICIES --

- No smoking (there will be a mandatory room refreshment fee of $500 in addition to the cleaning fee)

- No pets allowed

- No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Must be at least 21 years old to book

Excellent space for our family vacation

We were a large family visiting for a week and found this condo clean, spacious (for our group of 6 adults and 3 children) and a perfect locatuon close to the beach and a warm pool. The place was well equiped with everything we needed and communicating with Chase was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Perfect vacation

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in condo 1806 at crescent shores. It was perfect from start to finish, great sized rooms, cozy family room and the beach view was stunning with sizable patio to enjoy it from!

Great Getaway

Great place, not overcrowded, convenient location. I hope to stay again and recommend this as a place to stay. The condo was roomy for 11 people (7 Adults and 4 children), elevators fast even getting to top floor.

Wonderful condo right on the ocean

Loved that this condo was well equipped to handle a large group. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer worked very well. Quite important for a week at the beach!

Great Property at a Great Price

This is a wonderful property on the top floor of an amazing property. It's also located in a wonderful part of NMB. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely come back to this property and hope to do so again some time in the future.

Short soccer weekend with friends

Two families and some soccer players shared condo. Perfect bedding situation. Very clean. Great views of the ocean. Pool are clean. The beach equipment was an added bonus... LOVED THIS!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful!

This condo is so clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The view from the 18th floor is absolutely beautiful and the condo is actually really nice just like the pictures. The host was responsive, accomodating, and made us feel very welcomed, especially with the amazing snacks!! Lol I'd absolutely recommend this place and I'm looking forward to another stay.

Family Spring Break

My family loved this unit
I had adults, teens and kids and there plenty of space for all us
it was equipped with everything needed for a good meal and we were able to go home with clean clothes! Win win for this Mama
the location is great with plenty of businesses in walking distance
not to mention that breath taking view. My family left a few personal items and they are being mailed to us
