Crescent Shores 1806 - Oceanfront condo rental

Privately owned and rented with a personal touch. Property is handled by the owner, a licensed property manager.

Expansive beach with pool, lazy river, hot tub & fitness center. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking desires.
We will provide all guests with a start up of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry supplies, toiletries (shampoo & soap) & dish soap.

We guarantee the property's cleanliness upon your arrival.
All linens are included in your cleaning fee. (24 bath towels, 12 wash cloths, 2 hand towels per bathroom, 1 bath mat per bath, 2 wash cloths, 1 sheet set per bed.)

Property host will be available by phone 24/7 for any questions, concerns, etc.

- POLICIES --

- No smoking (there will be a mandatory room refreshment fee of $500 in addition to the cleaning fee)

- No pets allowed

- No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Must be at least 21 years old to book

Excellent space for our family vacation

We were a large family visiting for a week and found this condo clean, spacious (for our group of 6 adults and 3 children) and a perfect locatuon close to the beach and a warm pool. The place was well equiped with everything we needed and communicating with Chase was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Top floor with phenomenal ocean view

Very spacious & clean four bedroom condo perfectly accommodated our families. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys available for use. Building staff kept pool area tidy. Parking garage is across the street, however, spots are available in lower level of condo building so you can unload before you park across the street. Would definitely recommend.

Great vacation condo

They rooms was same as the pictures. Great spot near alot of places. Great place for the family. They cleaned the pools, hot tubs and lazy river everday. The only bad thing was the dryer can not dry bunky clothes enough. So just do smaller loads. But I would come back again.

Great location. Very nice beach. Nice pools. Pretty clean for a condo on the beach. Enjoyed our stay. Parking garage was across the street but plenty of parking - we had three cars. Good security. Owner responded to all our questions.

Peaceful!

This condo is so clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The view from the 18th floor is absolutely beautiful and the condo is actually really nice just like the pictures. The host was responsive, accomodating, and made us feel very welcomed, especially with the amazing snacks!! Lol I'd absolutely recommend this place and I'm looking forward to another stay.

Short soccer weekend with friends

Two families and some soccer players shared condo. Perfect bedding situation. Very clean. Great views of the ocean. Pool are clean. The beach equipment was an added bonus... LOVED THIS!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Property!

We were in town for a family event and could not have chosen a better rental to stay at. The host, Chance, was fabulous and so attentive to our needs. The pictures of the property do not do it justice - it is beautiful! We had 8 adults and 2 children and there was so much room. The 18th floor view, oceanfront, was breathtaking. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would!

Awesomeness

Simply Awesome! Or unit was clean, airy, quiet, and an end unit! My entire family enjoyed the condo, open space, and comfort. Chance meet me as i checked in with a smile and even game me a quick tour. He was the nicest, and checked in on my family to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this unit for families of older children/ adults. Being on the 18th floor, the views were spectacular. All we could hear were waves and the breeze!

Wonderful condo right on the ocean

Loved that this condo was well equipped to handle a large group. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer worked very well. Quite important for a week at the beach!

This condo was perfect for our annual summer vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the 18th floor was stunning. Excellent location! Within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
