The suite was bigger and nicer than the pictures made it appear. The walk to the skytrain station was mostly along a really nice nature trail.. It was a great place to stay for attending a conference in downtown Vancouver.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. It was close to the airport and some stores. Elon was wonderful and quick in responding every time we needed something or had a question. The only two things that were a bit challenging was the sound of airplanes flying by at night and ants in the suite which we were warned about. Neither really bothered us but we had to be more on guard with the ants since we have a toddler.

I stayed here for a week with my partner and it was super nice! Super quiet neighbourhood and Bridgeport station is about a 15 minute walk away. As other reviews mentioned, there is as to be expected some noise of planes and footsteps, but it was much quieter than I expected and never bothered either of us. It had everything we needed

Not Quiet, Not ComfyCons:I don’t know what conditions the reviewers who claim this place is quiet live under, but commercial aircraft passing very loudly over the building until 2:00 am is NOT a quiet environment.Nor is hearing the thump, thump, thump movements of the family living above. At least that stopped before the aircraft noise died down.There is no desk in the studio, so the only place to sit and do any work is at the small kitchen table, which is a tall table with very uncomfortable chairs.None of the dishware I used was clean, there were noodles in the kitchen sink strainer from the previous guest, and the glass top on the kitchen table was filthy on both sides.There are containers of standing water on the property with active mosquito larvae present.Pros:The bed and bedding were decent.Shower pressure and volume was good.Information Missing From The Listing:if you’re walking here from Bridgeport Station, Google Maps will direct you to the Bridgeport Trail, which is a gravel trail, so not very good for wheeled luggage. I wish that the host had warned me about that.

Loved the location. I could easily could walk to the train station and a great Asian grocery store with hot food called FoodyWorld. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was a little bright at night and I prefer really dark. But overall I would give this place an A rating. Thank you.
