Good neighborhood, nice location - 10 min drive to Disneyland, neat and clean. Size and amenities were as described. Furniture and interior seemed slightly dated but were still fully functional and clean. Good communication with property manager.

We loved staying at this property. It was convienient for Disney, as well as shopping for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was easy to communicate with. The beds were cozy and the house comfortable. Would recommend!

Convenient and Cozy

We had a very nice stay. I expected the home to be loud considering the airport but I only heard a plane once and it was hardly noticable. We had a small inconvenience of a heating issue during our stay but the host was very quick to respond and address the issue. Unforeseeable things happen. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this place.

Great and comfortable stay.

Great stay for our group of 5. Super clean and simple to navigate. Using door entry code was simple, at one point it ran out of battery, owner came and recharged soon after. Owner reachable by text and phone. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed to prep our meals and was simple to find. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient.

Quick weekend stay

This cozy home was a nice addition to our quick weekend beach trip! Modern, affordable, just the right size for myself, wife, and kids. Accessible to freeways and beach cities. Thank you for all your help!

Positive and some Negatives

The property was clean, and photos as appeared. We didnt stay much in the house due to all day activities, but the experience on the property was ok. The negatives, you don't find out till after booking that there is only room for 1 vehicle, since it is part of a unattached duplex. That 1 parking space is a little tricky to get in and out of, evidenced by previous guests tire tracks in grass. The other big issue we had with property and property owner is there unwillingness to not adjust thermostat via wifi. When we would leave they would adjust temp to above 85 degrees, and that was not pleasant coming back to after a long day in sun. I asked the owner to please stop this and they told me it was to save energy and unit would cool quickly. I've never had a Vrbo listing or anywhere I paid to stay make adjustments to the temp. Unfortunately, the unit did not cool quickly, usually 2 hours or more, and it was very noisy. The reason I rated the accuracy of the listing the way I did is because it states nice neighborhood. I'm not an expert on California neighborhoods, but the area didn't look nice. It was the first thing my family noticed and stated about the property area. Another con was the beds felt very hard, and when we stripped sheets after our stay there was stains on mattress protector in master bedroom. Since we didn't use house much other than sleep and cleaning, our ratings were based on those things.

great property

Jimmy's place is great. just like in the listing all was very clean and tidy when we got there. Jimmy was super responsive all through the booking and up to arrival. house is on great location close to Fullerton Anaheim etc. there are a few small coffee shops and mini marts you can walk to but not much else except those. but tons within a 10 minute drive. we really enjoyed our stay!

House near Downtown Disney

The house is cozy and it looks renovated, there is lots a near restaurants and Downtown Disney is very close to the house. We found the mattress hard and a couple of stains in the wall. In the other hand Jimmy was always very attentive to our needs.

Quiet and nicely decorated house

Newly remodeled home that was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Jimmy checked in to make sure everything was going well. Parking is a little bit of a challenge but overall, this is a keeper.
