Ocean House II Unité 2401, paradis en bord de plage ! 3ch/3sdb

Beach front 3 bedroom 3 bath unit located on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This family friendly unit is spacious at approx 1300 sq ft . Recently remodeled, new appliances, and comfortable bedding. Kitchen is furnished with all the essentials and more for cooking in or restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
Living room and gulf-side king bedroom have direct balcony access overlooking beach and gulf. Street side bedroom features 2 queens, direct balcony access and a walk in shower. Middle bedroom has queen bed and attached bath.
The zero entry pool is one of the largest pools in West Beach. Separate kiddie pools are located on each end of the pool deck along with a shaded sitting area. Beach chair & umbrella rentals are available.

Parking passes are purchased directly from security guard at Ocean House. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the condo association. Price is subject to change without notice.
Cleaning fee includes bed linens and towel set-up. No daily maid or towel service is provided or available. No beach towels are provided.
There is a security camera on site that records traffic in/out of the unit entrance. If determined that occupancy is above the limit or age requirement is not adhered to, the rental agreement will be terminated and all occupants will be required to vacate the unit immediately.

A Drivers License copy will be required for proof of age prior to booking approval.

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in 10/10!!! Our host answerd immediately, the condo was so clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and we most definitely will stay in this particular one again . We had a great time with our grands.

Perfect place. Very clean, plenty of dishes to cook with and laundry machine to keep up with clothes that we didn’t take everything back dirty. Owner Carol was amazing to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and meet all our expectations. I have no complaints. Good view of beach and love the pool too! Condo was very clean and nicely decorated.It is great location. Beautiful view and a nice pool. Beds were very comfortable too. We really enjoyed our time there and plan on going back. Carol was super nice and easy to work with.! Highly recommend this condo!

Awesome condo for a family!

Best condo we have stayed in yet! We loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect! It was close to everything and yet just far enough to be out of the congestion. The elevator was always available. We never had to wait more that a couple minutes. The beach in front of the condo was never overcrowded. The condo itself was beautiful and accommodating for a large family. We will definitely be back!
