Cute tiny place - great location from downtown

Sweet little spot that was close to the downtown area. My son and I came into town to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Perfect to walk to the establishments downtown and the neighborhood was safe and easy to get to.

Home sweet VRBO

My family stayed at this amazing little spot while visiting my daughter at BGSU. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a close stay near downtown and is wonderfully appointed. Definitely a gem!!

Good place for a parental visit to BGSU. Great location and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space and way better than a hotel room. Bedroom was hot at night, but I just cracked the door to the screen door. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent Spot

Was in town for business and this spot was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, only a short walk to downtown and a short drive away from the campus where I needed to be. The house was clean and had plenty of space. I would highly recommend it.

This house was very warming and in a quiet area. It was just myself and my 11 year old son staying there while he did a STEM camp on the college campus. Very close to all things to do and never felt uncomfortable staying in the area even while being by myself most of the time.

Long weekend get away to visit family

2 adults stayed 5 nights while in the area visiting family. The place was cute and close to our family which was nice. We didn’t cook there but did make coffee every morning (thank you for supplying the coffee)! We spent some time at the bars and restaurants downtown so the location of this VRBO was fantastic! Only thing that was a bit odd is that the small frig was not in the kitchen because there certainly was space for it there. Also the front door to go into the space is in the bedroom. We loved the place, the layout was a bit funky so just wanted to point it out for others as you can’t see these things from the pictures online. The AC worked well, we stayed very cool in 90 degree weather! Would stay again, thank you!

As soon as we walked in the heat hit us. It was at least 95 degrees in there with no way to adjust the temp. Im assuming it was in the connecting unit. We had to sleep with the window open in 10 degree weather. We were given wrong info for the WIFI so we couldn't watch either TV. I messaged the owner right away and never received a response even to this day. I would never stay again,

I apologize. My manager thought I was taking care of this and I thought she was. There is a new furnace and it seems to be so difficult to stabilize the heat, especially when temps are below zero. We have made adjustments since your stay and all is good, which doesn’t help you. Feel free to choose another of our units in the future for a free night stay. Again, our sincere apologies.

Thanks so much. This came thru in a pinch when my other VRBO cancelled on me last minute for graduation weekend. This was a great little place to stay. Just be aware that even though the listing states it sleeps four people it can only really sleep three. A little awkward as the property opens into the bedroom and you have to walk thru the room where the third person can sleep on single futon/fold down couch in order to get to bathroom and kitchenette. Small fridge. Worked great for our needs.
