Welcome to our beautiful 1950’s house located in the heart of Wilmington! This listing has been carefully designed with much love for our guests. It is central to everything Wilmington has to offer with just a short trip to Downtown Wilmington (4 mi), Wrightsville Beach (6 mi), UNCW (1.5 mi) and the Cargo District (2 mi). It has held so many precious memories for us and friends. We hope for it to be a new found oasis for you, our guests. A nap outdoors on the backyard hammock, cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, wash off from the beach in our outdoor shower, or just relax and enjoy time together inside! Comfort awaits at the Midtown Oasis at Winston!!

Perfect place!

We so enjoyed this adorable home and the backyard was an added plus that most rental homes don’t have! It was perfect for our family and so close to everything. Wonderful communication with the hosts, too. Will definitely try to stay again in the future!

Great place to stay!

Owners had great communication and the property was clean and well maintained. We felt close to everything with the advantage of being on a quiet street. The backyard was a little oasis! Look forward to staying here again!

Super cute house, quiet private backyard with nice deck. Many nice updates, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Close enough to all interest points in Wilmington. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Peaceful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoyed our time in Wilmington! The home has a great location - it's not far to the beach or downtown. Really enjoyed the beautiful backyard area with the kids! The home had everything we needed. We also appreciated that we were given a later check out time with small children - so helpful!

Nice place to stay near UNCW and downtown

We enjoyed our stay. It was move-in weekend at UNCW, so we were super busy and didn’t get to spend much time at the house. We look forward to staying again in the future so we can enjoy it more! Everything was very clean and we appreciated the welcome basket of goodies.

My husband is the Athletic Director at a local private christian high school and I stay at home with my 3 girls! We love the beach, going on family bike rides, and sharing our love for this great city with our guests!
