New for 2025! We have a removable 5 foot pool fence that can be added to enclose the pool area for added safety. Please let us know if you'd like to add the pool fence for your stay. Setup and takedown fee is $200 total.

Note for October bookings: As is customary in Palm Springs, our lawn will be scalped and reseeded during the month of October. We have incorporated a 30% discount off of our daily rate to accomodate for the inconvenience. The back patio, outdoor shower, pool, outdoor deck, and outdoor bar areas will still be accessible during the month of October, but the lawn will be growing in and will be off limits.

Per City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. All vacation rental homes and condos in Palm Springs have the same rules and regulations below:
- No outdoor music/sound or amplification of any kind is allowed at any time outside
- Maximum of 8 guests and 2 children allowed
- Please note, the home is not childproofed
- Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed per stay
- Renters must be aged 25 or older

28+ Night Reservations:
One cleaning per month is required for each monthly stay.

The home has cameras on the property that record video and audio, located in the front yard ONLY. You will have full privacy inside the home and back yard.

There is also an alarm system (Nest Guard and Nest Detect) in the home. The Nest Guard is located in the kitchen and has a microphone and motion sensor. The Nest Detects are located throughout the home and have motion sensors. These devices are not monitored by the owners, property manager, or Nest and any microphone or motion recording would be incidental and for safety/security purposes only.
