Cette maison moderne ultra-privée 4BR / 3B est située à 4 min de Palm Canyon Drive et est parfaitement au centre de tous les points chauds de Palm Springs à la fois sur les côtés nord et sud de la ville. L'arrière-cour massive a une piscine / spa sur mesure surdimensionné et des espaces de détente / salle à manger spacieux avec barbecue, pamplemousse, orange et citronniers Meyer. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur la montagne ou à l'intérieur dans cette oasis privée nouvellement classée et chaleureuse. L'intérieur dispose de 4 suites - 2 king avec salle de bain attenante et 2 reines avec salle de bain partagée. Profitez du foyer au gaz, de la magnifique cuisine avec des sièges de bar et du patio avant avec des murs d'intimité pour le café / petit-déjeuner le matin ou un cocktail l'après-midi. La maison est vraiment unique et est une bouffée d'air frais dès l'instant où vous entrez.

One of the best vacation homes I've rented. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of property. Great home. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Nice location. Communication with the owner we great. I highly recommend this place.

This property is 10!! Great location, nice open kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and a great layout of the house. The backyard: pool, hot tub, BBQ, table and lounge chairs are perfection. Matt, the host is very accommodating and great to work with. His list of recommendations were spot on! We spent 8 days/7 nights here over Thanksgiving, a beautiful time to be PS. An easy walk to downtown Palm Springs too.

Wonderful House

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at the house. The pool area is among the best of the houses we have rented in Palm Springs. The house was clean, well provisioned, and in a very convenient location. The beds were comfortable & the property manager was very helpful.

Everything you want in a Palm Springs house!

Beautiful outdoor space and perfect location! Great house for a group of friends, we spent the whole weekend enjoying the pool and gorgeous backyard. The fresh citrus was such an amazing bonus 😍

Amazing Service

We loved staying here! Matt was very easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine at check in and that there was someone there to greet us. The backyard and pool were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Great family get together in Palm Springs

The house was awesome with a big pool/hot tub, outdoor area and kitchen/living room. We loved the house and the location worked out well. Matthew gave a number of great recommendations and made sure pool was heated and everything was in order for our stay. Would definitely come back!

Matt is a phenomenal host. In all of our travels, I don’t think we’ve ever had a more accommodating host. We loved his extensive recommendations. The house was well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. The house was beautiful and cozy and everything was easy to figure out. Our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful home!! I have stayed in Palm Springs several times and this home tops the list. The pool is huge and immaculate. The beds are great. Outstanding Host and Property

I traveled with my spouse and adult children to Palm Springs for some r and r. The home was as advertised--beautiful pool in a secluded residential setting close to eveything. Matt, the host, was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The property was well-appointed. We loved our stay and were very sad to leave. Highly recommend!

A Million Stars Vacation

It was a fantastic experience staying at Matt's Palm Springs vacation home and I wish I could award it a million stars. From the easy, professional, and courteous communications with Matt, the owner, and Sergio, the property manager, to the beauty of the mid century modern home and pool, to the bonus of having every single amenity one could think of already stocked in the kitchen, and last but not least the gorgeous mountain view and the lovely lemon tree in the yard. Our family had a serene stay and just what we needed for a spring break. This is our second time staying and we will definitely be back.
