About This Space

Welcome to this modern 2022-built home, perfectly located near some of Dallas's top attractions, including Downtown Dallas, the lively Bishop Arts District, the American Airlines Center, and the family-friendly Dallas Zoo.

This newly furnished, single-level home offers 2,000 square feet of space designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. It’s located in a dynamic, up-and-coming neighborhood, featuring a huge backyard perfect for gatherings and a luxurious primary suite with a stand-alone soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

The Space

This home is designed to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Please note:
--Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests. A $25 fee per guest per night applies for more than 8 guests. Guests include those staying and/or visiting during the reservation.

--Strict No Party Policy: Open-invite parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in a $1,000 fee, immediate eviction, and termination of the reservation.

--Rental Agreement & Government ID Required: A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID for all adult guests are required prior to check-in.

Important Notes for Guests

--Noise Policy: Quiet hours must be observed to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Any noise complaints or police visits will result in a $200 fine per occurrence.
--No Smoking Policy: Evidence of smoking on the property will result in a $250 fine. This includes cigarette buds or odors.
--Cleaning Fee: Excessive cleaning required (e.g., stained rugs, furniture) will incur an additional fee of up to $250.
--Minimum Age to Rent: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
--Restricted Areas: Access to the kitchen pantry (maids' closet) and attic is not permitted.

Greg was a great. Easy to communicate with, very responsive and provided all the information we needed. House was very nice and spacious and equipped with everything we needed-pots/pans, utensils, etc.). We stayed with 6 adults (one who uses a walker) and it was very easy for her to get around. There were 4 kids as well and they had plenty of room to play. We had a great stay.

This home was truly a bond away from home it was so beautiful, and very clean. Greg was an amazing host, very kind and he came right away to assist when needed. 1000/10 would recommend!!

Dallas Cowboys Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay with our family! The home was clean and beautiful, the beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and our communication with the host was timely and helpful. The neighborhood is a bit concerning, but we felt safe by parking our car in the garage. I would recommend!

Home away from home

Our family of 10 was in town for a family reunion. The home was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The pictures really doesn't do it justice. Chris and Gregory were great host and very attentive throughout the entire process. This will be our first choice when we're in the area again.

Football Tournament

We had a football tournament. I found this house and it looked really nice. The owners are super nice and fast to respond to any questions. It’s a very big house!! We had 6 adults and 8 kids and it was big enough for everyone. No one felt crowded and everyone had space. I would go back again if we had another tournament.

It was good except the neighbors just getting a little crazy.

Overall it was a good experience to stay at the house. Everything was neat and clean when we first arrived. It was easy to communicate with the property owners. The only bad thing about that place was the neighbors across the street being loud and revving up their cars every time they were home. That’s the only bad part about it but other than that we had a good time staying at the house.

Nice, Spacious, Clean

The home is spacious and clean. We wish there had been more tv’s since we were inside on this trip (we were working and the trip wasn’t really a vacation) and it was 5 of us. Beds were comfortable. The neighbors have dogs that run free with no leash. We had to be careful not to let them run into the home. They also aggregated members of our party. That has nothing to do to do with the hist, but you should be aware. The hosts were responsive and friendly.
