Reach downtown Pittsburgh and surrounding suburbs within 35 min on Rt 28 expressway with no traffic lights on the way! Local Starbucks is within a mile in Sarver/ walking and cycling on rails to trails/movie theater/ speedway/kayaking/ fishing in Buffalo Creek and Allegheny River. Offstreet driveway parking for 2 vehicles in shared driveway. Studio is halfway above ground with private access/ 8 stairsteps down. Keyless entry/ Weber gas grill on 350 square foot deck/ access deck from stairs and lawn/walk up 4 steps. 4 outdoor rockers, 4 chairs, 2 dining tables. Get popcorn ready/watch movies provided or Netflix/streaming channels/ 6x10 projection screen TV/ Polk surround sound won't disappoint. Sleeps 4, king bed, queen air mattress/ pullout sofabed/ 2 recliners and fireplace round out the livingroom area. A designated workspace included. Washer, dryer, a drop zone at the door with bench, a large walk-in closet, and full length mirror. New King size memory foam bed right next to the cozy fireplace /heat feature/mood lighting. A hidden gem
This property is exactly as advertised. The cleanliness is impeccable and the hosts attention to the smallest little details and thoughtfulness that went into preparing this space is amazing! The stay was wonderful and we will definitely be staying at this location again!

Anniversary getaway
The open studio exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful and cozy place. The host recommended some places to go and see while we were there, everything was enjoyable.

Lovely basement studio - fully equipped and adorably furnished. Easy access, beautiful neighborhood. Hosts allowed us full reign over their back deck & grill while we were there. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We were in town for the weekend for a wedding. The property was just as described. A stylish, clean and comfortable studio, in a quiet neighborhood, with great hosts. It was everything we hoped.

The tranquility and privacy is awesome. Outdoor activities - head out to Lernerville Speedway nearby, where races happen weekly. Enjoy walking and cycling the Butler-Freeport Community Trail stretching over 21 miles. Buffalo Creek and Little Buffalo Creek flow along the trail for several miles and it is beautiful. It begins in Butler then goes through Herman, Cabot, Sarver, and Freeport. Now with a new connection, 4 miles have been added by crossing the Allegheny River by bridge. By following signs at River Forest Golf Club, ride down under the bridge and pick up the trail again along the Allegheny River. Stop for lunch at River Forest Country Club which is open to the public. Parking is available in many areas all along the trail. There is so much to see in this great Allegheny valley region and Sarver/Freeport area.
