Enjoy Breckenridge from this two bedroom, three (Full) bathroom condo. Walk down the street and cross the pond to the Quicksilver Lift at Peak 9 or walk another block to the south end of Main Street. Charming location directly on the Blue River with a private, in the woods feel. Each bedroom features two queen beds with an attached bathroom. Generous floorplan with third full bathroom and 1300sqft. Full kitchen. Gas fireplace. Columbine pool/hot tub access across the street, open seasonally.

Great location: • On the Blue River • 6-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9) *Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • 6-7 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants • Coin-op laundry is available in the next building over.
Max Occupancy: 8 Max Parking: 2 vehicles allowed in the outdoor parking lot. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will need to park at an overnight overflow pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark. *Please note that overnight overflow parking in Breckenridge is limited.
Guests have access to the Columbine pool, approximately a 2 minute walk from the condo. • Winter hours are 12pm-9pm • Summer hours are 10am-9pm. • This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates: - Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/21/2026 - Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - 10/30/26
Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided.

Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » The minimum age of the primary renter must be at least 25. » Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Great place all around!
Absolutely no complaint's! Clean, cozy, easy walk to the lift, comfy beds, great layout! We got snowed in and could not stay at the location we were at. We moved over to this location and wished we stayed there the entire time. Jesse was great! If we go back this is definitely the first place I am checking for availability!!

Great spot
This condo is within a 10 minute walk in ski boots to the Quicksilver chair, which was an important consideration. The unit is well laid-out and everything is in good condition - bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, etc. - which we value and the beds are comfortable. We would come back again to this unit.

Spring Break 2023 - Breckenridge
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed, and it was very convenient. The only thing we can say we had a little struggle with was the air flow, it was a little stuffy in the bedrooms, and no ceiling fans. Probably could have opened the windows to let in some cool air. We had 2 teenage girls with us, and there were a lot of their friends staying in Breck for the Spring Break holiday, so we were a little worried about how secure everything was. Would like to have a little better pillows on the beds. The girls said they loved that the owners made sure there were plenty of products available in the bathrooms. There were so many other great things about the place, so really can't complain. It was very nice. Thank you.
