Great location! Third floor was easy to access without the elevator. Lots of pools and hot tubs, so the pool area never felt crowded. Its right on the beach, and an easy walk to the boardwalk and family kingdom. The whole family really enjoyed the stay.

We loved that there were different pool and hot tub areas along with a kid water play area! We were literally steps away from the beach. The room itself was wonderful with a little kitchenette. It was perfect for a quick getaway with the family! Will be back!

Julie failed to provide the access code to the place prior to arrival. Instead messaged me over 24 hours after my check in started. I arrived in Myrtle beach after 17 hours of driving with my 3 daughters and had to pay for a new stay entirely. She continues to say that I failed to check in properly but I emailed photos and screen recordings of all communication & check in to vrbo. Julie has told vrbo she will not refund my money even though I paid almost 2,000 for a new place due to her incompetence and failure to do as she said, and I quote “the access code will be sent at 4pm tomorrow”. She is perfectly content taking money from a single mother with 3 kids during the first vacation I was able to take them on on my own. Disgusting & disgraceful. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Cute little condo. It’s a little small so I probably wouldn’t put more than two adults in there even though it easily sleeps six. Great location for activities.

Perfect Get-away!

This was the perfect place to stay for a single mom who went on a first time vacation with her daughter. We had a blast and everything was so convenient and close. Will definitely return!

The couch is uncomfortable and the jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work, The markings are worn off the oven so you can’t tell what setting it’s on or what temperature same with the stovetop .. besides that the place was great tv is big in the living room and bedroom, I’d totally stay there again.

Ready to go back

The property was great! Plenty of towels, clean linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Just a short elevator ride and a stroll by the pools to access the beach. If you're looking for a great, clean and convenient place to stay in Myrtle Beach, this is it!

Very good for the price.

We were in town for a military reunion. The condo was small, clean, and a good deal for the location and price. Parking was inconvenient and we never figured out the TV remote, but otherwise all was well.

Don't rent this condo from Big Fish Rentals. The only good part about our vacation at this property was that it's on the beach, close to the ocean and the A/C worked great. When we arrived we didn't have the code to get into the condo. We sent what was needed to get the code in advance but they kept saying in a text or email eventually that they didn't receive what was needed. A phone call would have been more appropriate. We stood in the lobby for more than 45 minutes for someone to get back to use as we waited for the code for the room. The way this issue was addressed was with a phone call not a text or message on Vrbo. Then when we got to the condo we found the condo not sufficiently clean, no shower curtain and an electrical outlet cover missing in the bedroom. The condo needed a deep cleaning and caulking around the top of the tub replaced. Can't clean caulking when it's falling or chipping off. We will never rent again from Big Fish Rentals. On a side note, the carpets in the whole building need regular vacuuming in the hallways. The hallways didn't appear to be vacuumed daily. The carpets in the hallways need to be cleaned too. They are extremely dirty. This is on the company that operates the building not Big Fish Rentals.

The stay

The room was okay for what we paid for. Just was missing the extra comforts of home. The bed and pillows could use a serious upgrade and the walls could be painted and carpet be replaced.

Previously reciewed items were still not fixed. Stove handles unreadable, jetted tub doesn't work. Washer had a sign that said do not use. Messaged host about unusable washer and no response received. Okay place to just sleep in. Would not choose again.
