We had a great stay at this studio apartment. The view was absolutely amazing and easily the highlight of the trip. While the unit is a bit dated, it was comfortable and perfectly suited for the two of us. The location is also a big plus—close to several great dining options, which made getting around and enjoying the area really convenient. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing getaway.

First off Janet is an amazing host! Communication was great and she stayed in check with us! The room is just as advertised! The view is great! Room was clean and plenty of room. I gave this four stars not for anything Janet can help, but the room is noisy! You could hear everything through surrounding walls and even the room above us. The noise went on till after 3:00 in the morning. But other than that, everything was great!

We had the best stay! Our host, Janet, made sure check-in was easy. Answered all of our questions. The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean! The ocean views were amazing and we discovered many walkable destinations! Will definitely come back the next chance we get!!

This unit had an awesome ocean view. Watching the morning sunrise was spectacular! I,m from the west coast so get to see the sun set but not rise very often We were a quick walk down the beach to the boardwalk and shops/activities. Had dinner at the Carolina Roadhouse and it was wonderful. Janet is a great hostess and communication was seamless

Perfect spot for our 72 hour retreat. Janet was a great host who responded very quickly. The space was just like pictured. The perfect location, amenities, and an adorable room. Can’t go wrong with that view!! We will be back again.

After arriving, we decided not to stay due to issues with the condo. The bed was very low, but we could have dealt with that. Both mattress covers on the king bed were stained, so I looked at the murphy bed to see if it was better, but it was disgusting. The location is not family friendly due to people in the area smoking a certain substance. We would not have been able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view due to the smoke. The bathtub was not very clean. This place has excellent reviews but I do not agree with their ratings especially for cleanliness. The condo does not seem to be well maintained. We are very disappointed with this property.

Sorry the cleaning lady missed the coffee stains on the box spring of the murphy bed. We had the room and the box spring deep cleaned after you reported the issue. Hope we can welcome you next time.

Janet was very responsive to any inquiries and corrected an issue I had the same day. The view is awesome and I loved the bedroom being oceanfront. However, there are a couple of issues with this unit. The lesser issue is that the bed is not real comfy. Two, the description says it’s a fully stocked kitchen. It is not. It has four dinner plates, three salad plates, three cereal bowls, some coffee, cups, glasses, and silverware with a few utensils for cooking and a set of pots and pans. Not really conducive for cooking a full meal. The biggest problem I had is the bathroom. It is not safe! The tub is a large Jacuzzi tub (the jets do not turn on). The tub is deep, making it hard to get in and out of to take a shower. There needs to be a handrail to hold onto. It was hard and unsafe to get in and out of, especially since I have some mobility issues. You had to hold the handle down on the toilet until it completely flushed and the toilet moves when you get up. If the safety issue is resolved, I would definitely stay again.

I’m sorry for the issues you experienced with the kitchen supplies, bed comfort, and especially the bathroom. Your safety and comfort are very important. I’ll be restocking the kitchen, reviewing the mattress, and addressing the bathroom concerns right away, including adding a handrail and having maintenance inspect the tub and toilet. I truly appreciate you bringing these items to my attention, and I’m glad to hear you’d consider staying again. I hope to welcome you back once these improvements are complete.
