Fully renovated flat 1 block from the beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps up to 8 people. Walk to Lake Michigan and enjoy the beach or take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. Charter a fishing trip and catch the big one! This is a great location for all your vacationing activities.

Beautifully remodeled space within walking distance to the beach! Kitchen has all new appliances and coffee maker. Living area has new furniture with smart TV. Bathroom has new fixtures. You won't be disappointed with the accommodations. There is even a common shared deck area to hang out and enjoy the outdoors.

Great location

Property is perfectly located close to the beach and downtown. Ludington. Had a slight issue when we first got to the house as to how to use the code on the door.

Great place to stay

Location is perfect. Easy walk to Stearns beach. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Probably walkable but we took our vehicle. Awesome bedrooms. Extra bonus each bedroom having their own bathroom. The common area with kitchen was awesome. Great space to make an easy breakfast and then head out for the day. Everything was clean and in working order. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

We were in Ludington for a baseball tournament. Not only was the location close to our venue, we were walking distance from a beautiful beach and many shops. I would suggest assigned parking. We had a neighbor the last two nights who would invite others over taking up the facility parking.

We like the spacious rooms. Did not like that there was not comfortable seating in the rooms. Need to have a couch or a couple of more comfortable chairs. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice but overpriced!

Great location!Mostly updatedKitchen was spacious!Nice whirlpool tub outside and sitting areaFloors were filthy! Bathrooms pretty tight You couldn’t tell that floor was dirty due to the color but my feet were black. host sent out the cleaning crew while I stepped out but still black grime coming up on my feet and babies feet I now see that someone else also had this complaint and it still hasn’t been cleaned properly Dumpster on property smelled really bad even when coveredWas over charged and host did not refund until VRBO was involved. Priced pretty high for what was offered.
