Mitten Flats #5 - 1 Block to the beach! Hot Tub!

Fully renovated flat 1 block from the beach! Plus, community HOT TUB available for use. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps up to 10 people. Walk to Lake Michigan in 4 minutes and down the pier to the lighthouse in 12. Enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. The unit is the upper unit in a 2-unit building, right on Ludington Ave - watch the holiday parades right out front!

Beautifully remodeled space within walking distance to the beach! Kitchen has all new appliances and coffee maker. Living area has new furniture and bathrooms have new fixtures. There's a sitting area right outside your door to watch the activity on Ludington Ave in addition to a shared deck area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunkbeds, so while it can sleep up to 10, please know that it would be tight quarters if you max out the occupancy.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit. The location was ideal. We would have appreciated coat trees for hanging items and a choice of softer pillows and also a kitchen scissors because we cooked our meals and needed them to open packages.We would highly recommend this accomodation to other travelers.

This was a perfect location for my girls trip. One block from the beach, a hot tub was wonderful. A place was clean and well stocked. We had an issue initially with the plugs next to the bathroom sink, but it was remedied quickly. thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

C2C recovery

Stayed here with my friends and pit crew following the Coast 2 Coast cross-state gravel race. Crew was able to get in prior to my race conclusion and then was a great place to hang out post race. Decent stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and individual suites with bathrooms were perfect for crew families. Stayed 2 nights while enjoying city beach and local restaurants. Would stay there again.

Long weekend getaway

The location was great! Distance to the beach or downtown Ludington was just a short walk. The deck offered fantastic entertainment. The unit was clean, tidy and well appointed.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Mitten Flats. The apartment was very basic, but pretty much had everything needed. The owner was very responsive. The location was excellent! Beach a block away and walking distance to downtown. Can’t beat that! The firepit area was great as well!

Great location. Great get-away

You nust check out Mitten Flats if you're coming to Ludington! Location can't be beat, a couple of blocks from the beach and the downtown area. Newly updated rooms and the shared patio was so nice! Overheard another guest using the grill talking about how awesome it was. Great communication with Michael as well! Thank you!

Close to everything. Quiet at night even though on the Main Street.The only negative was that the floor needs a mopping. Vacuuming only goes so far. Kids feet were black. They are washable so no harm no foul.

Great location, needs bathroom update

T he GOOD: Walking distance to Sterns Beach and downtown touristy shopping. Near State Park. Clean, decent matress/pillows. Host was prompt to answer questions. Wonderful little touristy town! Half an hour's drive to Silver Lake sand dunes/ATVs. Theis is an old property with cosmetic updates. The BAD: mini toilet with a loose seat, enough hot water for about 2 showers, shower head not work properly, window AC in each bedroom/ no AC in kitchen/ living room, wifi is not mitten flats/ is is mittens flats, strange coffee maker.
