House was beautiful and we loved how every bedroom had a full bathroom. Grounds and pool were nicely maintained. There were "extras" like bikes, bags and games, and a beach cart that were a nice surprise. The only thing I wish was better was transportation for a large group. Parking at the beach was limited so it wasn't practical to drive yourself and it is hard to rely on the shuttle as it was close to full by the time it got to us. It would be better if there was more of an on demand/scheduled option fo the shuttle for larger groups. We ended up driving about a mile away to a beach with more parking so it wasn't a big deal.

Another Great Visit

Enjoyed another great stay at this unit. The cul-de-sac is great for the kids to ride bikes or play with bubbles. We have already booked for the future.

Lost Key

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was as advertised. Having the shuttle to the beach was great. Hot tub was closed Thursday, which was a bummer.

Lost Key

Overall the house was great. Our only issue was that it was really dirty, and we know this was a cleaning service issue and not an owner issue. The rental management company was very responsive in working with us to resolve this. We would stay again as it is so convenient to the beach and NAS where we visited our son.

Great space

We really enjoyed our stay at Lost Key! It was the perfect amount of space. The beds could definitely be more comfortable. The master was quite comfortable, but the others were not. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners in. The shuttle is nice back and forth to the beach, but it doesn’t start until 11. We would drive a truck with all the beach stuff and drop it off at the beach club to walk down, but someone would be left to walk back to the beach. It would be really nice if there was a place to park across the street once you’ve dropped off things. This was our 2nd time staying at Lost Key (different units), and we’ve loved it! The pools are great for the kids and having a place to purchase food and drinks on the beach is great! Great view of the 5th hole on golf course from balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Not what I expected

Think twice before staying in a townhouse. Too many steps! I would prefer a master on main floor. It was advertised to have a shuttle service. Very disorganized. You have to call the shuttle to take you to the beach but it runs every 30 min from the beach? If they are fully they won’t pick you up for an hour. Not sure how that makes sense when they drop people off in the community. Facility was nice but too far away to walk anywhere. Price was fair. Our dishwasher was broken, didn’t find out until a repairman showed up unannounced. We should have been informed before checking in. It wasn’t fixed all week, washed a lot of dishes. Trash was overflowing outside when we arrived. No one came to empty for3 days. Management answered all issues but had an excuse for all of them. Trash was unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay at the townhouse. We understand your concerns regarding the number of steps and the layout preference for a master bedroom on the main floor. Regarding the shuttle service, we apologize for the disorganization and the inconvenience caused by the scheduling and capacity issues. We will review this with our team to ensure better coordination in the future. We also apologize for the issues with the dishwasher and the overflowing trash upon your arrival. It's disappointing to hear that these issues were not promptly addressed and that you had to wash dishes manually throughout your stay. This falls short of our usual standards, and we will address these matters with our management team to ensure improvements moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and value your insights as they help us improve our services. Should you choose to stay with us again, we would love the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further concerns or if there is anything else we can do to assist you.
