Lovely house, well maintain by owner, quiet neighborhood, open kitchen, great outdoor space, the connection between the first and second level is the stairs from the outside, bathrooms no tubs only showers. Lots of fine restaurants, lovely balcony, fire pit (we provide wood) and a custom bbq (we provide one propane tank) game room, . Perfect for a big family!

Great house, kitchen was well stocked. Large kitchen/dinning/living area was great to accommodate all family members so we could spend time together comfortably. We added a table we found downstairs so we could all have dinner in one long table comfortably. Bedrooms were all fine. Downstairs room had lots of space and fun games kids enjoyed. Super close to beach was great. And very quiet street with not many cars was a plus. House was clean upon arrival.

Great Experience

This house offered a perfect amount of space for 12 women. The open concept on the main level, as well as the deck space was perfect for us to comfortably spend time in the house when we weren't on the beach. Loved the short walk to the beach. The entire group REALLY appreciated the beach equipment provided. Thankyou, Janina!

Family Reunion

Had a pleasant family reunion in this property with 9 adults and 8 kids. Short walk to the beach. Great playroom downstairs. Everyone had fun. Manager was very responsive when we had a small issue with the sink.

Close to beach

Excellent location. Home was very clean.There are a few maintance issues, one of the bedrooms has ill fitting blinds that are surround by exterior porch lights that filter bright light into the bedroom at night. No washclothes, thin cheap bathrooms towels, and not enough towels in general. The downstairs is actually pary of a converted garage space. The gameroom was nicely appointed, but be mindful that the lower level with the bunk beds was not accessible to the upstairs without going outside. We were not comfortable with our kids sleeping down there alone. It is worth noting that the downstairs bedrooms are part of a converted garage space.Overall it was a pleasant experience, but it would not take up to elevate the space to match the pricepoint.elevate the space to spag

Great stay - but bunk rooms in garage

We had a great five-night stay!! This house is spacious and only a block away from the beach. It's at the end of a dead-end street, so no traffic directly by the house. We were able to walk to the beach several times each day with toddlers. The house comes with a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas, too.There are no bathtubs, so beware if you have toddlers or babies. We were short some towels at first, and the host had her cleaning crew drop some off that afternoon. There was a miscommunication about check-in time; some of our party arrived at noon, the time listed on the VRBO app, but the house was not ready until 3pm. The two bunk rooms are separate from the house, in the garage area, so there is no indoor access to them. This wasn't a huge problem for us, but could be inconvenient if you wanted kids to sleep there with no adult, or if it was raining out, you'd have to get wet going from the main part of the house to the bunks.Despite these few minor inconveniences, the house was great, the host was readily available if needed, the location is awesome, and we had an all-around great trip!

Shockingly average

We were expecting a great property after all the fantastic reviews. There are many good things about the place including the location within walking distance to a very nice beach. There are also a lot of beds. However, the first drawback was that the first floor and basement are not connected inside. You have to go outside to access the basement, where there are two bunk bed rooms and two sofa beds. We were counting on the bunk beds for our little kids but that was a bit of a safety issue so had to have older kids sleep down there which was still not ideal. Looking back at the listing, this lack of inside access to basement was never mentioned. I always hesitate to post less than stellar reviews but think this would help potential future guests. The other major issue was that my wife saw and killed a cockroach in the kitchen. Kids also saw bugs in the basement bedroom and bathroom. When we notified the owner she was dismissive of our concern and stated that we had likely left a door open to let cockroaches in. Other minor issues: not enough dishwasher pods or trash bags for the size of our party (and we ate out most meals) no washcloths but there should be some now since we bought some and left them there. Door to first floor is difficult to unlock/lock which was an issue while trying to get into the property the first night since you have to push hard on the door while unlocking or it won’t unlock Master bedroom was very nice but other bedrooms had stained carpet

Cool house and great location

The house is very close to the beach. It's a great location just off the main road, so it's convenient, but quiet. The upstairs rooms are very nice, especially the main bedroom. The downstairs has a game room and additional bunk bed rooms, which are good for kids. The house was clean and had lots of household amenities to make your stay comfortable. They had lots of beach stuff available to use as well (chairs, towels, cooler, etc).The host was very responsive and helpful.

What a nice slice of paradise :)

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay on Bonita Beach this is your place. The house had wonderful amenities a game room a fire pit a fantastic kitchen to cook in plenty of space for people to sleep and enjoy right down the street from the beach wow we had such an amazing time with our friends and our family in this fantastic gem of a place.

Girls Weekend

Long-time friends from childhood/high school getting together for a reunion weekend. Perfect place to stay! We enjoyed the beach, lots of good restaurant options in the area, and a public pickleball court not too far away. Janina was very quickly responsive to any questions we had. The house was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed!

Wonderful location very near the beach!

The house is great for a large family or friend gathering. There is plenty of space to eat or hang out together and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Sunset views are spectacular. Short drives to good restaurants, grocery stores and whatever you need for your stay. Overall, a great location for a vacation.

Wonderful week

Rented for a week trip for daughter’s 21st birthday. Location was perfectly located near the beach , and we utilized the beach supplies that were provided, making it so much easier , to get everything to and from . The grill and back patio were perfect for our family to enjoy a cookout and play games outdoors , “kids” enjoyed the game room . Plenty of room for my family to have their own space. The room that sits to the right is perfect for someone that enjoys lots of natural light . We enjoyed our stay . Thank you

Great family/ Friend home

Overall the home provided an excellent stay for our family. A block away from beach with plenty of room to hang out. particularly the downstairs game room, perfect for teenagers to have their own space. Beware, inexplicitly the home as no cleaning supplies. Bring everything you need, including quite unbelievably propane for the BBQ. We ran out mid meal, and the owner expected us to refill.

Spring Break

This house fit our family well. The gathering area was roomy and the various sleeping areas allowed for the babies to nap away from noise. Janna was easy to communicate with. They was a shortage of cooking pans. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Spacious and amazing location

The house is in an absolutely beautiful area with easy access to the beach. Even though we were in Bonita Springs for work, we all managed to enjoy walks along the beach. Also within walking distance were great restaurants. House was accommodating for our needs and provided a great "home base" for our team. Communication with the host was always quick which was an absolutel plus!

Very satisfied with this home

I highly recommend staying here if you have a larger sized group. It has plenty of beds, a really cool game room for family entertainment, and a good sized backyard with a gas grill. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes with the beach access right across the street. Clean beds and plenty of clean towels. And located in a quieter area of southwest florida... again, I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay for large group

We loved the location of the property. The beach is a short walk across the street. Our family of 15 enjoyed the house and the kids especially loved the game room. The property manager was EXCELLENT! She was very prompt in getting my questions answered and very attentive to our needs. I would stay at this property again just because of her. If you plan on spending anytime in the backyard bring bug spray.
