Augusta Bungalow - Trois Chambres Maison, Couchages 8

Welcome to your "Home Away from Home" at the Augusta Bungalow! This unique fully furnished bungalow style house, built in 1918, has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a smart TV that allows you to sign into your personal streaming services. It’s located right off the highway and within 2 blocks of an amazing city playground, plus it's not far from Santa Fe Lake that has a lot of family friendly amenities.


The entire house is available to serve the needs of our guests.
Only one set of nice neighbors on the north side of the house. Plenty of parking in front of the house on the left side of the road, on the south side of the house in the yard or down behind the house.

Conveniently located right off HWY 54 near many stores and restaurants.
It's also just 2 blocks from the Augusta Frisco Plaza with an amazing playground for kids and the kid at heart!

During your stay:
-Absolutely no illegal activities are allowed
-No unregistered guests
-No unapproved parties or events
-No smoking of any kind inside
-No eating in the bedrooms
-Volume down after 10PM to be respectful of other guests and neighbors

* Weekly inspections are required for long-term stays. However, no worries bc we usually bring goodies too!

Before Leaving:
-Please leave used beds messy, we will take care of it 😏
-Please do the dishes and throw away trash
-Please gather used towels in baskets
-Please put everything back where you found it
Missing Items will incur a fee
-Please reset the heating to 58Âș /air-conditioning to 78Âș
-When leaving: lights out, doors/windows closed and locked, please
-Please let the Host know when you have checked-out

Uber is limited in this area, so plan accordingly. Renting a car is the best option if you're coming to stay for a while.

Transportation from the airport can be arranged in advance, fees may apply.

Comfortable, accessible, and affordable!

For a quick one night stay, we couldn't ask for more. If you want a longer stay in Agusta this location seem centrally located. The home was clean and, there is a TV!

We were in town to watch our son play baseball. Wanted a place where we could cook and do laundry while in town. The house was a perfect location and was well stocked. Communication with manager was great.

Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive depending on the light.

House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules.

Great stay

The house had all the necessities needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was full of appliances and even had spices for cooking. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It was conveniently located right off the main road. The neighborhood behind it was a great place to walk with sidewalks.

Perfect place for our short stay

We rented this for our daughters wedding, Nicole was so helpful with everything. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Everything was clean and accurate. Nicole was so good to work with.

The property was cute and homey. The upstairs bedroom is in the attic and not a place for tall people and warm.
