Welcome to our cozy, newly-renovated abode in Andover KS! Quiet and safe neighborhood, just minutes from turnpike, gas/grocery & 18 mins to downtown Wichita. Fenced backyard & fully stocked kitchen!

Everything is brand new; mattresses, bed frames, nightstands, couches, TV’s, bathroom vanity, kitchen appliances etc!

You will have the property to yourself but I will be in town and available if you need anything!

It’s going to be the corner house on the end of Lafayette St!

We arrived to a house with unpaid beds, dirty towels in bathtub and dirty dishes in sink.We called and John and he said cleaning crew did not show up. We left and went to hotel. He called and offered to have it clean by next day but we had already checked into hotel. He did credit his part but said we could get the other portion about 200 from VRBO

Dated. Clean at eye level. Beds comfortable. Quite neighborhood. Great access to Red Bud Trail. Ceiling vents and windows could use a cleaning, gaps around doors and windows could use weathering stripping. Overhead light in kitchen didn’t work and grass/ landscape needed maintenance.Overall I would recommend in its price point.

Cozy, clean and convenient

This house was right where we needed to be, close to family we were visiting. It was right next to the Redbud trail you can walk/bike a mile to 13th street park- a beautiful, recently renovated park with so many fun things. We also spent a day at the Andover YMCA which is 5 minutes away-lots of fun things to do there. The house was decorated beautifully. A very handy floor plan. Nice firm beds. Everything we needed. The beds in the basement were bigger than I anticipated, double beds instead of twins. The owner was excellent with communication. It was stocked with more than we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank you so much for letting us stay!!

Good stay

Property was as described, check in process was easy, and communication with host was quick and responsive. We were in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for kids to spread out in between baseball games. Had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable.

College Visit

My friend and I brought our sons to tour Wichita State. This place was perfect. Plenty of space for all 4 of us and a space for our sons to hang out. We all enjoyed ourselves.

3 bedrooms in Kansas

The home was wonderful. We traveled to Kansas from Dallas for an AAU basketball tournament. John was amazing in communicating. Entering the home was seamless. Everything was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this home.

Just what we needed!

The inside property is beautifully remodeled. There are spices of Britta stove oven and microwave a Keurig with coffee provided and tea. The kitchen is also stacked with a few dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and cooking utensils. The showers are stocked with shampoo and conditioners. TheThe AC unit is a bit tricky. Tap once on right side to turn dial gently place your fingers around the outside as if turn an invisible dial to the right p beds seem firm but don’t be fooled. Best nights sleep in a long time! Area wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t bad either. It was peaceful. I can still hear traffic but nothing like home. It was exactly what I needed. It was very clean as well. Host was amazing kind and understanding. There were a couple things that may have made a poor stay for others but I know that the host had everything in place it was out of his hands. It’s not worth mentioning what bc I did not effect my stay at all. If you are unhappy with something the host genuinely cares about your comfort. Let him know and I know he will work something out with you. Overall I loved the place! Anymore than 2-4 people is really too much. There’s a limited amount of space. 6 can sleep there though. Comfortably 4max. I do hope you will give this cute lovely place a chance!

Visiting Family

Nice property. Quiet area. GPS kept taking us to the wrong side of the road so beware of that. Smaller than where we normally stay but worked for the weekend. There were only 3 of us so didn’t really use the downstairs but nice area if needed. Loved the full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Gap in the front door. Living room lights a bit tricky at first.
