Inspired by its successful sister property in Twillingate, this cottage provides a luxurious escape into the wilds of outport Newfoundland.



The Space:

This luxurious retreat sits on 2 acres of private oceanfront property in stunning Salt Harbour. An open-concept custom kitchen, equipped with a sitting island, coffee nook and kitchen table, opens up to a great room with a 50" electric fireplace and incredible panoramic views of Salt Harbour. The vaulted ceilings and 6' windows allow you to feel fully immersed in serene landscape. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds where you can enjoy the peaceful ocean views. There are two bathrooms with custom vanities and stand up showers. The large deck provides the perfect spot to soak up the quiet and beauty of your surroundings.



Guest Access:

There is parking for two vehicles next to the property and the property can be accessed by a keypad, which will be provided prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Salt Harbour is located in the community of Herring Neck, a short drive from Twillingate. It's a one road community with a church and community centre. Here, you'll find peace and tranquility.



Other Things to Note:

The property sits very close to local walking paths that take you through berry-packed hills, incredible ocean views and secluded rocky beaches.
