We are one block from the famous Back of the Dragon and near the heart of downtown Marion. Hungry Mother State Park is just five minutes away. The Emory & Henry School of Health Sciences is within walking distance. Other nearby attractions include The Lincoln Theater, Appalachian Trail, Virginia Creeper Trail, Grayson Highlands State Park and Bristol Motor Speedway. After a busy day, unwind by sitting on the front porch, which offers a spectacular view of deer grazing, against a backdrop of distant mountains or sit around the firepit in the spacious back yard as you visit with friends and family.

The home has a carport, with an entrance into the kitchen, along with space for two additional vehicles behind the covered parking. There is also a lower driveway, which provides space for parking additional vehicles (3) or a trailer.
The property has an unfinished basement, which is not accessible to guests during their stay.
