Please note: A major construction project is scheduled from June 2025 through April 2026. During this time, the pool or portions of the pool may be closed. Construction activity may impact access to units, balconies, and parking areas. Guests may experience construction noise, and workers may be visible on site.

Long Beach Resort has both spectacular coastal views and excellent amenities. The three Gulf-front pools are open all year and heated seasonally. Make time to visit Pier Park, which features premier shopping, dining, and entertainment options such as an IMAX movie theater, laser tag, and live music.

Long Beach Tower 1 Unit 506 is a luxuriously furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo for ten overlooking the beach, and is perfect for your dream beach vacation. This fifth-floor condo boasts floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf throughout and an expansive private covered balcony.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bedroom’s en suite bathroom is bright and cheery with a shower/tub combo and a double-sink vanity. The Glass Dining room table and covered chairs are not very pratical. Beautiful but not child friendly. The old metal lounger on small deck is rusting, needs replaced. A sofa sleeper would be nice for unit. We have stayed at long beach resort for years, love the resort area.

Perfect condo for viewing the Gulf

Best layout we've had when staying at PCB. 5th floor is perfect for viewing the gulf. The living room had floor to ceiling Windows as did the two bedrooms that also faced the gulf. I'm not a fan of galley kitchens but this one was spacious with plenty of cabinet space and counter space. Each bedroom had a bath and a walk-in closet.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and we heard from property managers throughout our stay. We like the location of the property. One area for consideration would be to change the checkout time from 9am to a minimum of 10am. Check in is not until 4pm.

Perfect condo for 2 separate families!

This condo was a perfect size for 2 separate families. 4 adults and 4 kids. It was nice and big with enough space so we were not on top of each other. It was also almost right across the street from Walmart so going to pick up a few things to cook dinners took only minutes. I would absolutely rent this condo again in the future.

6 week stay at Long Beach.

Upon arrival, the appearance of the entrance door was unattractive (it needs to be painted). Floors and room were not cleaned properly. The 2 bathroom tubs had hair clogs in the drains. The main living room and secondary bedroom patio door windows had leaky panes which either prevented all or partial views of the ocean. Balcony chairs were either broken and/or badly rusted. Floor outlet under love seat was broken and needed immediate replacement. The love seat and couch were dirty and need steam cleaning. We had trouble getting the main bedroom cable tv to work. We contacted “ Southern rental and they immediately sent a tech. He stated the box needed to be replaced and put an order in for replacement. During our six weeks there, it was never repaired. While we certainly understand repairs need to be done over time. We experienced the heated pool closest to us for most of the time there was not heated as it was suppose to. Then, why would you schedule the 3 poolside bathrooms to be remodeled at the same time? They were out of order our entire time there (6 weeks). Every one was complaining! Then we experienced trouble with the “new” elevator as did every one else. We were stuck on them several times and we also had to use the stairs several times because the new elevator did not work.
