The condo was really nice and the location was great . We had problems with the code on the entry door not working . It changed three times in three days we were there so that was a big inconvenience.

Broke washing machine

Love the building. Great location and clean rooms and we always saw people cleaning different parts of the facility. I liked the easiness of the check in but i was confused on the code that said " common area". Took me a sec to figure that out. When we got in the room, we looked around, saw there was a note on the washer that said " vendor will be here today or tomorrow ". The washing machine was full of water that looked like it was turning green. We immediately sent email to Southern Vacation guest services Kenisha, telling her about the note and the water in the washer. Kenisha, replied that the maintenance team would be notified and return to the unit to resolve the issue. The next day (Monday)at 311pm, i replied to a text from southern...asking how our stay was going. I told them not favorable because of the washing machine issue. They replied right away saying they were checking with the property manager. Tuesday at 10:10 i texted southern again asking if we could expect the washer to be fixed that day? Again the said they would reach out to the property manager. I replied back that we had some towels and clothes that needed washing. They apologized again and said as soon as they heard from property manager they would update us and offered us extra towels which we accepted.... later on Tuesday (12:51) i received a text from southern saying they had Scheduled a vendor to come but they would not be able to get there before Thursday...the day before we leave.

Don’t believe everything you read.

This condo could be nice. The advertisement about this property was incorrect. The washer,dryer, and ceiling fan did not work. The love seat did not recline as advertised and was in poor condition. It also said it had a tub and shower again was not correct it only had a stand up shower that was dated. The property could use some TLC. The kitchen lacked cooking items. We have stayed at Majestic Towers many times and love this facility. We will not stay in 2108 again. And shame on you VRBO the cost was much more then what “the total” really was.

Amazing view

Unit looks exactly like the picture. Word of advice. Get there either right before check out or after check out. Check in time is super busy long wait for elevators. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas to expensive to rent every day.
