This cozy one bed one bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and two sleeper sofas in the living room. After a day at the beach gaze across the endless gulf shoreline from your private beachfront balcony with your favorite beverage in hand. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite movie. A fully equipped kitchen and dining space is available to dine in after a relaxing day. Due to building-wide A/C issues, portable cooling units have been placed in the sliding glass door of this property to help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5 pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **
