Blackpine Manor is a stunning home offering over 3,000 square feet of house hosting the best views in Missoula. This home has five bedrooms, three full baths, with two story wrap-around deck offering spectacular views of Missoula.
All of the five bedrooms have brand new Tempurpedic and Black Label mattresses with soft comfortable sheets and oversized or walk in closets in all bedrooms. Most of the bedrooms offer beautiful views of the valley of Missoula. The Main bedroom has a private entrance to the deck with wonderful views. This bedroom has a private bath also hosting fabulous views overlooking the town.
The three full bathrooms offer organic, non-animal cruelty tested toiletries and soft luxurious towels.
Blackpine has a large living room space that opens out onto the deck with stunning views. The great room offers a wonderful place for social gatherings that includes a full kitchen with new appliances that offer a great space to gather for meals. The kitchen has two dining room tables to ensure everyone has a seat. The breakfast nook also offers private access to the back porch with stunning views. Also enjoy breakfast or coffee outside on warmer days. The large living space downstairs also shows off beautiful views of Missoula. This living space offers a sleeper sofa with Egyptian cotton sheets and cashmere blankets. There is also a foosball table downstairs for endless fun. This is a great space to host sports games or movie night on the huge 65 inch TV.
The two-story deck offers the best views in Missoula. There is a brand-new BBQ grill on the upper deck to host gatherings. Soak up the sun in the loungers or outside couches. Host game night on the lower deck while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
You will also have access to an attached two car garage.

Our favorite part was the sweeping views of Missoula and the ridges with beautiful sunsets and deer passing by. The space was large with a good layout. It wasn’t the best cleaned and some minor maintenance issues that could have been better but overall it was a wonderful space for our family reunion! The a/c wasn’t working but they had HVAC fix it within 24 hours. The manager is a little aggressive with communication but was prompt with replies.

Advertised for 16 people but there were not enough towels or glassware. However, the host was very responsive and got towels delivered right away. There wasn’t enough essentials either, toilet paper paper towels etc.

Overall good experience. Oven did not work and we had to buy our own toilet paper as there wasn’t extra. But it was a great house and perfect for what we needed

Hello, Thank you for your stay. I just wanted to inform your party that the oven did work. It appears someone pressed some buttons that put it in factory mode. We just hit select to restart and it worked fine. We also provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom as a complementary service and are not entitled to supply your entire party as stated in the lease agreement you signed. Thank you.

This is a spacious home able to accommodate comfortably the number of guest listed. The beds were comfortable, with good linens. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for our large party.However, the dryer was not working, and we had miscommunications with the host on getting it prepared. Meanwhile, although an iron was listed, it was missing from the home.

This was a perfect place to stay in Missoula for a large family gathering. We had 10 people in total that came in from all over the U.S for a few days & the accommodations for everyone were great, even the driveway & access to the garage. The double patios are very nice to hang out on, grill & eat all while looking over Missoula, the neighborhood deer & the mountains. There are 2 nice sized levels to this house which again was nice for a big family stay to spread out. Location was also great to many local attractions.

Great Place

The house was very large allowing great work space when we all needed our own space. Everyone had a private room and everything we needed was provided. It had beautiful views and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend this property!!!!

Loved the deer!
