The cabin was lovely. The layout worked well for 2 couples. It was well stocked for cooking. Very homey. The neighborhood was nice and conveniently located.

We completely enjoyed our visit to the Big Rock cabin! It is very cozy and inviting.The kitchen had every possible item provided, along with plenty of paper goods and cleaning supplies. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and quiet with plenty of trees and convenient nearby parking. The living room is furnished very comfortably and the deck is very pleasant to sit outdoors as well. We hope to return someday!

Carol was a great host. The location in Incline Village was super convenient. We loved the wood burning fireplace, and the main beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place is a little dated, but thought it was a good value for the price. The location is near Sand Harbor which is what we come to do. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy spot in incline village.

Perfect for our three night stay at Tahoe while we traverse the West on our two-week adventure. Would gladly stay a week or more in the quaint cabin with everything we needed to enjoy the lake. Highly recommend.

Great cozy stay

Great cozy place to stay had all the amenities and kitchen was well stocked. Kids enjoyed the games and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again.

Great, Quiet Stay

We stayed here in Aug 2018 for a beach vacation and this cabin was the perfect accommodations. Location is great, neighborhood is quiet, and the cabin had everything we needed (Pack-N-Play included). We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting Tahoe!

Carol was easy to communicate with. Directions were very good and place was easy to find. The cabin is very convenient in location to Incline Village and Kings Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay at the Boulder Cabin.

Lovely cabin!

We had a great few days here, the perfect base for a ski trip! Beds were comfy, the house was clean, and warm. Bonus having washer/dryer on site! We hope to be back!

Comfortable stay

Second time staying here, well supplied home and comfortable stay. Kids loved the games available as they did before and that was great to entertain them in between skiing. Skiing was great and this home is close to Diamond peak.

Perfect Cabin

Carol’s cabin was perfect for my group of girlfriends on a trip to Tahoe. We loved the location in Incline village and especially the porch and creek right down the road. Definitely recommend!

Great Cabin!

We had a lovely time at this property! It was welcoming after a fun day at the lake and hiking. Great location with near by amenities. The creek near by was fun to explore with our baby and toddler. Would recommend to others.
