Relaxing Lakehouse retreat with access to Hamlin Lake! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has something for everyone and was recently updated with installation of brand new floors throughout! Enjoy all that the area has to offer right outside the front door - launch your boat or kayak from the public boat launch, explore the trails and beach at Ludington State Park, experience the Nordhouse Dunes, or visit vibrant Ludington.

Relaxing Lake View

Morning coffee watching boats head out to Hamlin Lake from the nearby boat launch was very relaxing! The house has everything we needed for a great sibling getaway. The state park and downtown Ludington were very convenient to get to.

Great stay!!

We truly enjoyed this property! It was well stocked and very clean! The neighborhood was really cute and surprisingly calm being right next to the boat launch. Drive into Ludington was only 15 minutes and a nearby restaurant called Stix was wonderful. Stearns beach is out favorite place! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Girls Weekend!

This house was the perfect stay for our annual 4th of July girls trip. The location was fantastic with the most perfect view of the lake! The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended and would stay here again! Thank you for the great memories.

Fun vacation

Had a lovely stay! Accurate description of house, owners were super nice and easy to get ahold of/quick to respond to messages, house was clean and neat. Close to the state park, town of ludington, and obviously hamlin lake. Our girls had a blast playing in the water and at the little park across the street. Would definitely love to come back again.

Really nice place to stay

Had a great stay! Our group of 6 had plenty of room and everything we needed. Description of the house was accurate, clean and functional . Hosts were easy to work with too. We didn’t have any issues. Location was beautiful. Actually fun watching all the boats launching and coming off the lake. The house is walking distance to Barnhart’s restaurant,( food was really good) and 15-20 drive to Ludington and the state park. Would stay again

Clean and across from the lake

The house was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and only one wash rag for 4 people. Had to go get our own.

Very Relaxing with Beautiful View

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of Upper Hamlin Lake! The morning cup of coffee looking out over the lake was a great way to start the day! We enjoyed watching the boats come and go from the boat launch, relaxing on the deck or by a fire! We even saw an eagle swoop down right off the shore for its meal. Close proximity to Ludington State Park and downtown Ludington was a plus. The house had all amenities needed for a stay. The host was very quick to respond to any questions.

The house was clean. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of seating. We were here for just about peak fall color and the view across the lake was beautiful.
