Everything you need to start enjoying the Ponte Vedra Beach lifestyle! Two bedroom, two bath, one story classic townhome in a great location on quiet cul-de-sac. This warm and inviting unit has a private patio in the front and a large private screened lanai and deck overlooking tranquil lagoon in the back - Perfect place to relax and watch the wildlife. Spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, wet bar, large walk-in closet and lots of updates. You will find the kitchen stocked with coffee and creamer so you are all set for your 1st morning. Walk to pool, Sawgrass Village and TPC Sawgrass.

Stayed here while in the area for a surgery at Mayo Clinic. It had everything in the kitchen needed for us to cook meals. It was very clean and the screened in back porch was so relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway!

This condo is placed in the perfect location. On a beautiful golf course community that is gated and absolutely beautiful. Publix, the beach, and incredible restaurants are all at your fingertips. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I’d also stay again in the future.

Safe , Clean, and close to beaches

Excellent home: very spacious and clean. We loved the back deck. It was beautiful to sit out on the morning and see all the wildlife in the canal. Beds were comfortable and LOTS of space. The pool was a short walk and the pool is immaculate! Nice big and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There were stores and beaches within 10 minutes of the property. JAX beaches only 20 minutes away. We loved it. Definitely recommend!
