Location was great, appreciate pet allowance. Needs a good cleaning. Many dusty areas, ex.,air purifiers, vents, lamps. Bathroom toilet off kitchen, toilet clogged 2x, plunger is wore out. Had a strong odor upon arrival, seemed like vaping or smoking inside. Lastly killed a cochroach on kitchen floor

We would stay at this property again if we ever return to Williamsburg! A perfect location, and being the end unit was perfect. The development was very quiet.Something we really appreciated.Talking to the owner was great. Very responsive. We needed a bottle opener. It seems within 15 minutes one was delivered to us! Then we discovered there was a bottle opener on the cork screw in the drawer. They went above and beyond. Plus the home is lovely, very clean and confortable furnishings.

Very happy! The house is clean, spacious, very well appointed, and comfortable. It's very close to everything, including Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The owner is friendly and even bought us half and half for our morning coffee! We will be back!!

Our family enjoyed our stay, we had everything we needed while on vacation. The only downfall was the AC unit had a hard time keeping up with the heat outside and we had to use fans.

Clean home in Williamsburg

Clean home with ample rooms in bedrooms. All kitchen essentials are provided, as were baby proofing supplies, which was a nice touch. Conveniently located to the outlets and various restaurants. Our only critique was that the AC struggled to keep up with the Williamsburg heat. Not unbearable, but something to be aware of if you have anyone temperature sensitive traveling with you.

Vacation

Great location, quiet family friendly area. The back sliding door was broken making the home insecure. The owner genuinely seemed to not know about the issue and offered to come take a look and was very responsive. We used a door bar gadget to secure the door. We also had to clean up a bit including sweeping and cleaning kitchen sink and counters. Those were missed by the cleaner. Overall though, great location and close to lots of great restaurants and shopping!

Great location

We used this property for our family to attend a wedding. Everything about this property was perfect. The hosts have really anticipated all of our needs and I really couldn’t suggest anything more. It made our visit easy and relaxing.

Great week!!

Five of us stayed at this cute little 3 bedroom, very centrally located to everything you’d like to do in the area. Everything was 10-15 minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood (however conveniently located near the dumpsters, they pick up about 7am). The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable! Everything you could need to cook at home if you wanted to. Laundry area and supplies were very much appreciated and we went home with clean clothes which is a nice bonus at the end of vacation. Smart TV allowed us to log into accounts to watch our showed. Hint: remember to log out when you leave! Ice maker in fridge kept getting jammed with an ice cube, however there are loads of Chick-fil-A’s around and we bought bags of “the good ice. IYKYK Another hint: the rooms are not dark. This is a community this there are street lights. Nothing short of black out curtains or eye mask will help. If you like it dark make plans for this. Two bedrooms had tower fans which was appreciated. The third did not. We purchased one for that room and took back with us. There are air cleaners in the bedrooms and living room. Another nice feature if you just use the fan for the sound this will suffice. None of that is complaining, just travelers tips but if the owners are looking for improvement ideas over sized BO curtains would be wonderful. (Over sized to hide light leaks. :) One other suggestion would be a motion sensor porch light. Communications were amazing and quick. Ty!!

Great property

Easy checkin and great cul de sac area that is also dog friendly. Host is very generous with amenities and the house was super clean. Host was also very flexible with late checkout. Highly Recommend.

Williamsburg Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Fully equipped with everything you may need. 15-20 minutes to Busch Gardens and Water Country. We enjoyed Highway Pizza, Oceans & Ale, Old Towne Pizza and Pasta, all close to rental. Food Lion also about .5 miles away. Thank you!

Very Welcoming!

The property was located very conveniently both to the attractions we visited, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Jamestown, as well as shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and having two bathrooms meant that our family of five had no issues getting ready in the mornings. Communication was excellent and there was a detailed listing with attractions, restaurants, etc. available. Would highly recommend a stay here if you wish to visit the Williamsburg area.

From the moment we booked our stay to the day we checked out was outstanding. Communication with owners was the best we ever experienced. The home we stayed in met all our needs. Very clean and comfortable... Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

On any given day you can find me reading, antiquing, going to wine tastings, visiting the farmers market, or touring museums. You will find Ryan playing a round of golf, going to whiskey tastings, watching sports, or playing video games. Together, you'll find us planning future trips (we are currently planning a trip to Italy), hanging out with our family and friends, and playing with our dogs.

You will also find us exploring our beloved city, Williamsburg. Despite having lived in this area for 30 years and 8 years respectively, there is always something new and exciting to do! We cannot wait to welcome you to Williamsburg and to share with you all the amazing gems it has to offer.
