Upstairs the living area blends from the outside expansive porch featuring high top seating and cozy loungers, to inside where the neutral palette of the open living area has plush seating and additional dining space. There is even a private sunroom tucked away within viewing distance of the communal areas so you can work or check email, while still taking part in cocktail talk! The kitchen is fully outfitted and leaves nothing lacking to create a culinary master piece, from charcuterie to full courses! Off the living area is a full bathroom with a stand alone shower.
Downstairs is all about rest with three bedrooms, two with Queen beds and one with a King. As you come down the flight of stairs to the hallway area, there is a Queen bedroom off to your left. Next to it, a second Queen bedroom with sliders opening to the private lower level courtyard. This courtyard is accessed from both the Queen and the King bedrooms with an outdoor patio sitting area under beautiful oak tree canopy. At the end of the hall is the Master King bedroom. There are two shared bathrooms off the hallway, one is a full bathroom with a stand alone oversized shower, and the other has a water closet on one side and the shower tucked away private from another entrance off the hallway. So each space can be privately used simultaneously.
This home has parking for 3 vehicles right outside the unit. It comes with a certificate towards complimentary beach gear amenities, the certificate amount depends on the length of your stay. You choose whatever items you want dropped off from paddle boards, to kayaks or even corn hole! Look for it in your email once you complete your booking. Guest does not have access to the garage.

Henderson Beach State Park off Scenic 98 is immediately to the West of this lovely townhome, to the South right across the street is the dazzling Gulf of Mexico with its sugary white sand. This convenient location is not far from pristine golf greens, private boating experiences, open air shopping and some of the world's finest fishing! It is a easy walk to many of the finest restaurants in the Destin area. There is plenty to do, or nothing to do! That is the beauty of it. Your stay, your way!
