Ce cottage de Baypine est niché le long de la marina de Baytowne, à quai. La marina est idéalement située à côté du centre de tennis et du parc naturel de l'île Joe Lee, nommée d'après le capitaine Joe Lee.
Baypine se trouve à quelques pas du village de Baytowne Wharf avec beaucoup plus de choix d'activités pour les familles, du shopping à la tyrolienne en passant par les arcades, des concerts en plein air, des pizzas et des glaces. Si vous recherchez une expérience culinaire raffinée que vous recherchez, dînez au Marlin Grill, une expérience haut de gamme spécialisée dans les steaks au feu de bois, les fruits de mer frais et les spiritueux, puis promenez-vous le soir dans les charmantes rues du village. Ne manquez pas une soirée à Hammerheads sur le quai avec de la musique live et de la danse. Il y a une raison pour laquelle ils disent Shop, Dine and Play au village de Baytowne Wharf à Sandestin.

Notre chalet offre une suite king master avec une grande terrasse privée avec des meubles donnant sur un petit lac. Le salon et la cuisine se vanter d'une grande moustiquaire meublée en véranda donnant sur le lac faisant un autre espace familial pour profiter de notre temps fabuleux en Floride. Deux autres chambres et salles de bains sont à votre disposition: une avec des lits jumeaux et une avec des lits superposés. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d’une télévision à écran plat et d’un lecteur DVD. Pour un couchage supplémentaire, il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Toutes les commodités sont couvertes pour vos vacances.

This was an amazing house and adjacent surroundings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very comfortable, the golf cart was used quite a bit to visit all the eating places, the food market, sightseeing, and to go to the beach. Perfect place to stay and close to everything! We enjoyed our stay during Spring Break with our family of four! Beds all king size and plenty of room for everyone to rest. This property was close to heated pool and a golf cart drive away from places to eat, Publix Grocery, Sandestin Beach and golf. Super quiet “perfect home away from home!” Did I mention how beautifully this home is decorated?! You feel like you’re on vacation “as soon as” you step inside the front door. We will be back! Absolutely stunning place!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location and size of the home were ideal, and all amenities were working properly. We loved being able to use the golf cart during our visit. The only thing to note is that the upstairs tended to be warmer than the downstairs bedrooms and main living areas.

Fantastic property

Wonderful and beautiful home with lots of space, nearby shopping, and tons of dining. The home furnishings were unique with large, natural wood tables, chairs, and lamps. The golf cart was a huge benefit for travel around the Baytowne and beach areas. We only needed a car for our infrequent trips that took us down HWY 98 (shopping, church, and one restaurant).One “small” issue for our group. We had an adult who is about 5’ tall and had an issue with the mirror height throughout the home.

The property is perfect! Big beautiful 3 bedroom house each with own full bath. Walk to pool and many other amenities (marina, tennis, Baytowne, etc.). Service and communication was perfect. We will come back!

Perfect

Wonderful vacation home! As a former Gatlinburg cabin inspector I have a pretty good idea what clean is and what amenities a great rental should look like and have, this beautiful home checks off all the boxes. Great location very near a pool, walking trails, golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, shopping, Publix and Baytowne Wharf is three blocks away. It really couldn’t have been any better.

Love love love!

This was the perfect place for our group. Location was easy to get in and out of. Right next to the pool. Living and kitchen are very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick family getaway.

Wonderful place to stay with our college age daughter and our 2 dogs. Centrally located and only had to drive our car once since we could go everywhere in the golf cart. Only a few minor things I would change- no closets or drawers in downstairs main bedroom and HVAC was temperature controlled offsite so no matter what you set it on, temperature would reset itself back to preset temp.

Location + Setting

Nicely remodeled home, tucked into a cute neighborhood. Pond view was tranquil and quiet. Great location within the resort, easy access to pool, Grand Blvd., Baytowne Wharf. and Hwy. 98. Very nice golf cart and grill.

Beach vacation

Nice place, lots of room and multiple bathrooms is awesome. Downside beach access. All properties around funnel to one beach access and its beyond crowded. Golf cart is great to avoid traffic.
