Great location great value for money
Apartment looks great once inside, not quite as glam as images but where is. Overall a lovely place to stay only one bathroom but everything else good. Lots of cool bars and restaurants near by. I’d stay again for sure

We had a fantastic time touring Houston. The location was centralized for getting around town to all areas that interested us. Neighborhood restaurants were great as well.

Beautiful Location & Home
Spacious and clean. We loved the balcony and the location was perfect as there were a lot of restaurants, a wine bar, a coffee shop, and a shopping plaza next to the home. Parking was a little rough at times and we did have to use the parking garage (it was brand new). But if you don't plan on driving that shouldn't be too big of an issue. Would highly suggest and would return!

Great visit
We are from out of country. I was a little surprised upon arrival as it wasn’t exactly what I envisioned. But worked for our needs, manager was excellent with instructions and communication, property is older than pics seem. Had all amenities that were required and we cooked when we could. We struggled with TV remote instructions, however they were able to bring us a remote very quickly. Parking wasn’t great! many times we found ourselves struggling to find parking … on the weekends the area is very noisy due to nightlife in the area … lots of great restaurants and bars near by and all amenities like groceries and gas even tourists sites like the museum are within 10 min drive .

Great area, not so clean
When booking this stay, the check in time at 6pm was odd. I was told I’d have to pay an extra $50 fee to check in around 2-3pm which isn’t standard practice in my experience and felt like a money grab. For the low price, we ignored it and entertained ourselves until 6pm. The condo’s layout was really nice and The temperpedic beds were AMAZING! The worst part of our stay was that the sheets were not clean. We were ready to be in bed after a long trip and waiting until 6pm to check in, and they had dirt, dust, and hair in them. Thankfully, the host quickly called the cleaning company but it took an hour for them to get there and we had to delay dinner, baths, and bed for them to fix the problem. The floors were not well swept either and the living room rug was littered with potato chips. I’m not a very fussy customer, but I have three children and my daughter who is two kept picking up crumbs. She also managed to find a sharp piece of plastic next to the bed which she brought to me that was part of an outlet cover behind a bed that broke. This was fixed by a maintenance man when the sheets were changed. Last, the listing does not look like the pictures. The balcony is painted all black now, and there is a back balcony with overgrown foliage and it feels unsafe to stand on. I feel that the pictures were misleading. The things that kept me staying there were the quick turn around time for fixing issues, the great location around so much awesome food and downtown.

The location is unbeatable; literally steps away from a little shopping plaza with coffee & restaurants in one direction and a gay dance club in the other (what more could you want?!). Unfortunately, location is not everything. Upon arrival, we noticed the thermostat was set to 78 degrees, and the real temp in the apartment was 79. We immediately set it to the lowest allowed level (70) and throughout our 4-night stay we watched the real temp fluctuate between 74-81. It kinda felt like it never had a chance of ever cooling down because of how behind we started at 78. In this kind of heat I think wall AC units are necessary in every room (not just one). Next, we noticed that for our 4-night stay (with four people) we were provided with just 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. That just seems like a common necessity we shouldn’t have to worry about considering how much we’re paying. Perhaps most importantly, after spending about 20 min unpacking and walking around the apartment, my socks were black with dirt. This made us question whether a cleaning team had come at all. Finally, the amount, quality, and size of the towels were not it. We ran out of towels quickly and when we tried to do a wash in the in-unit laundry, the washer was never able to finish a cycle and so we were left with no towels at all for our last day. All in all, I think this place has the potential to be great, but it’s not quite there. More investment in cleanliness and provided amenities would level this space up
