Chef's Worthy Kitchen! Comfortable & Updated Gulf front Condo w/Awesome Views!

Updated and very comfortable one bedroom condo (bedroom does not face Gulf) plus bunk beds in hall, and large balcony from Living Room/Kitchen area with awesome Gulf views and sunsets from the 14th floor, right on the Gulf. No streets to cross!! Low density building with 90 units. Parking underneath. Small kitchen, yes, but remodeled so you can chop, prep and cook! Sharp knives, All-Clad and Viking pots and pans and several small appliances and kitchen gadgets. Plus coffee bar, teas, condiments, spices, oil and some kitchen staples so you spend the whole day at the beach and have dinner on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Walmart is half a mile from parking lot to parking lot and Publix is two miles away. 1403 is right in front of elevators so no long walks to condo. Condo is tastefully decorated. No cheap decor or furniture! Hall closet with umbrella, chairs, sand toys, games, beach towels, etc. available to guests.

We couldn't have been happier with our selection of this condo. It was well stocked, very clean, and had a fabulous view. Our host Susan was great! She made sure our stay was truly a vacation. Also a shout out to the management team that made our stay feel safe and secure. Great property to bring your family! You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had an excellent time in mid April 2026. Panama City Beach Was hopping with spring break crowd for part of our stay. The property twin palms resort was peaceful and quiet. Each day was warm and sunny, and tge pool and beach in front of the property was never overcrowded.Susan and Steve have a welcoming clean and well provisioned condo. They have thought through the details to make the stay easy, like a closet full of beach chairs and equipment, many condiments which, we at least tend to forget, roomie balcony, and a great coffee bar. They themselves were gracious and available but not intrusive. We highly recommend this place.

Susan was an excellent host and made everything about our stay so easy. Communication was great and we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions we had. The condo had a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo included everything we needed for cooking and was extremely clean. We will definitely be back!

Susan and Steve were fantastic host. The condo and property exceeded all my expectations. The amenities were just as expected. The condo cleanliness, appliances furnishings were outstanding. The balcony overlooking the gulf was great, large well furnished. The kitchen from utensils, dishware, cookware was more than expected and high quality. To sum it up the best experience I have ever had renting a property. Susan and Steve are the best people one could hope to meet.

Great condo

Couldn't have ask for anything more. Our family of three had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of cookware, board/card games, etc. It's a great place with a great view. The owner, Susan, is a wonderful lady who made us feel welcome.

Perfect Get-a-way

Had a quick get-a-way with my husband. This was perfect. The balcony was amazing and we spent many hours there just listening to the waves. Susan was so incredibly hospitable and responsive. Welcomed us when we arrived. Overall was a great find!!

Brazilian Gem Condo on the Beach

The condo unit was amazing from the wonderful ocean-themed accommodations to the veranda outdoors. Our gracious host, Susan met us and showed us where everything was located in the unit. They thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, including beach chairs and towels, umbrella, games, books, kitchen essentials, coffee, tea, cooking needs and toiletries. The best accommodations we have experienced!

Perfect Condo on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay and had the perfect view of the ocean. The owner met us at the door and showed us everything. Thanks also for the Brazilian cheese bread, it was excellent!. Very clean and convenient to everything at Panama City Beach.

Room with a million dollar view

When booking a property I do a lot of research and read the reviews. This property did not disappoint. The room was very clean, well stocked and had a view that was phenomenal!The host was so gracious and kept us updated with all information. Upon our arrival she even made us home made cheese bread! We stayed for a month an it was great!

I was born and raised in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where I resided until I was 24, when I then met my husband, Steve, a native of Louisville, Kentucky. We have two grown children. While in Louisville, I always missed the beach. After vacationing in many places in Florida, I finally found a condo that fulfilled my every wish; a huge balcony, spacious rooms, awesome Gulf views. One year later in 2009 we purchased a condo identical to it. I had found my paradise at last. So much so, that after we sold our bakery, we decided to move to Panama City Beach permanently. We purchased a second condo in the same building in 2018, my Brazilian Gem (I'm from Brazil and the condo is a Gem), and decided to rent it ourselves. I'm an avid reader and Steve has been going to the gym for decades.

Our condo is meant for two things: relaxation and saving money. It's ideal for couples or a family with a few children. While we can't promise perfect weather in the Sunshine state we can provide a comfy condo for your vacation stay. Even watching a storm from the balcony can be a unique experience, and rainbows on the water are priceless! The same goes for watching dolphins and marine life from the balcony. Every day is different and the unobstructed view of the sky and water is a different painting every single day. And you won't believe the sunsets! The balcony is big and with comfortable furniture. We don't rent to spring breakers so our condo stays undamaged.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need so you can spend time enjoying the beach. I know some of you want to stay away from the kitchen while on vacation but for people who like to cook a fast, fresh meal, and prefer to eat on the balcony overlooking the Gulf instead of waiting for a table in a pricey restaurant, this is the condo for you. We provide good quality pots and pans, herbs and spices, cooking spray, vegetable and olive oils, condiments like ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salad dressings in the fridge so that you can prepare a simple meal and enjoy a beautiful sunset at the beach. You only need to buy your fresh and specialty ingredients and you are good to go. There's a Walmart nearby within easy walking distance (1/2 mile) and it opens at 6 a.m.! If you want to treat yourself to breakfast, there are three breakfast/lunch places within walking distanceas well. Waffle House right to the East, Steak Shake & Pancake and Sunrise Cafe right across the street. Publix is a great grocery chain two miles from the condo and their bakery is very good. STEVE AND I ARE ONLY A FEW STEPS AWAY SO YOU CAN REACH US EASILY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, NEED EXTRA PILLOWS, OR NEED ASSISTANCE WITH ANYTHING!
