Pelican Walk 102 - First Floor Beach Front and Poolside1 Bed - 2 Bath Condo with Remodeled Kitchen & Bathrooms! Just steps to the BEACH from the Gulf-front patio!

Unit 102 at Pelican Walk is a ground floor Spacious 1 Bedroom condo that sleeps 4. It offers a beautiful Gulf view and allows you to walk right out to the beach and pool directly from the patio! Look out over the resort-style pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! Unit 102 sleeps up to 4 guests and has a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo has a washer/dryer!

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, mini golf, go-carts, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Great Complex to visit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 ground level units with one pool and a Beach access right in front of us. We were not aware that the Beach Access in front of us was closed and the pool was closed almost half of our week. There seemed to be smoking and vaping on porches and patios. The free Beach chairs for one of our units was unacceptable when we finally tracked the guy down. The chair was closer to the complex than the shore. The room thermostat required constant monitoring to avoid 85'. The Living Room furniture was uncomfortable. The Dining table and chairs were nice. The Baths and Beds were good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been to pelican walk several years. This condo was not clean and not up to the prices being charged at this facility. This is partly condo owner and partly the management of the complex. I would not stay in this unit again and will question if the money spent at Pelican Walk is worth it. There are better properties in PCB.

Stayed in unit 102, one bedroom, it was clean and well stocked. Would recommend maybe an upgrade for the mattress and bed linens. other than that everything was fine. thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very dissatisfied with the condition of the interior and exterior furniture. Both chairs are broke down, the couch is very uncomfortable and the hide bed mattress was so nasty I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it. The outside furniture was mismatched, very old and not comfortable. I would not reccomend this condo to my worst enemy. Won't be back.
